3. OPERATION
Suitable containers
Ferromagnetic double-layer pots and pans (enameled, wrought iron or stainless steel) or
made with magnetic materials for flat-bottomed induction with a base diameter between 12
and 28 cm.
To know if a vessel is ferromagnetic, bring a magnet close to its base.
If the magnet is attracted to the base, it means that it is ferromagnetic.
See the technical specifications of your kitchen tools to confirm that they are suitable for
induction hobs.
Operating principles
An induction hob works by heating a receptacle using the currents induced by a magnetic field.
The principle behind the induction hob is to multiply these Eddy currents while changing the
direction of the high frequency field in order to heat the bottom of the receptacle.
As the induction hob uses magnetic fields to heat, it generates high heat without fire, fumes,
gasses, etc. When the magnetic currents pass through non-metallic materials, the hob does
not produce heat.

Features:
Multiple Safety Protections
Protection against voltage drops/surges.

(part in contact with the induction hob).
Protection against overheating.
Environmental Protection
Induction is the most efficient method in terms of energy, with an energy yield of more than
90%.
Induction does not generate any flames.
Induction does not need any fuel and reduces the risk of domestic accidents linked to gas leaks
or fire.
Smart control
Multiple cooking functions: multiple cooking modes from low to high power to meet various
cooking needs.
Wide range of cooking temperatures: maintains and regulates the cooking temperature
intelligently.
Flexible timer function.
Detection of the presence of induction receptacles: if no receptacle or an unsuitable
receptacleis detected on the induction hotplate, the alarm is triggered.
Easy cleaning
The induction hob is wear-resistant and does not tarnish easily.
It is also easy to clean and maintain.
Warning: The ceramic glass may be hot after being in contact with the hot receptacle.
