Only use the AC adaptor supplied or an approved
compatible battery pack to operate this light.
DO NOT attempt to open, disassemble, modify or
service the light.
DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts
or dispose of in re or water.
DO NOT use this product if the light, adaptor or
battery pack are damaged in any way.
Connection to the Power Supply
This light/adaptor is Class II
(double insulated) and is
designed for connection to a power supply matching that
detailed on the rating label and compatible with the plug
tted.
Double Insulated ( ): This product is double insulated
and does not require an earth connection to protect
against electric shock from accessible conductive parts
in the event of failure of the basic insulation.
AC Adaptor
• For indoor use only. DO NOT expose to rain.
• Before plugging in, check the adaptor casing, cord
and plug are in good condition. If damaged in any way
have it checked by a qualied person before next use.
• Set up the adaptor and cord in a safe place where it
cannot be knocked, tripped over or stepped on.
• If the adaptor or cord are damaged replace only with
one recommended by Draper Tools.
Battery Pack & Charger
• Before using the battery pack, read all instructions
and cautionary markings on the battery charger,
battery and product using the battery.
• Recharge only with the charger specied by the
battery pack manufacturer.
• Only use chargers and battery packs that are
recommended by Draper for use with this light.

• Disconnect the charger from the power supply before
removing or tting the battery.
• DO NOT leave battery in a discharged state, recharge
battery immediately.

Using DC 18V/2.0Ah Power Tool
Battery Pack (not supplied)

1. Fit the battery adaptor and slide on a compatible
18V/2.0Ah Li-ion battery pack (as marked on the
adaptor).
Ensure the battery pack is fully charged before
tting to the light. If it requires charging, remove
from the light and follow the instructions supplied
with the battery pack and compatible charger.
Battery life will depend on battery condition and
type used.
