1. SAFETY
1.1. GENERAL
It is the user’s responsibility to read, understand and comply with the following electrical instructions:
9 Inspect the cable and connector for wear and damage to ensure items are safe before connecting to the power supply. If worn or
damaged DO NOT use.
9 Ensure the light is fully charged before initial use.
8 DO NOT charge in damp conditions.
8 DO NOT turn the light on when it is being charged.
8 DO NOT shine directly into your, another person’s or an animal’s eyes.
8 DO NOT allow children to use the light.
8 DO NOT handle or move the light whilst it is being charged.
8 DO NOT use the light if you suspect that the battery or the light casing is damaged.
8 DO NOT leave battery in a discharged state, recharge battery immediately. Before storage, fully recharge the battery, subsequently
recharge the battery at least once every six months of non-use.
9 Recycle or dispose of used battery as stipulated by local regulation.
1.2. BATTERY SAFETY
WARNING! To reduce the risk of burns or re:
8 DO NOT attempt to open, disassemble, modify or service the battery pack.
8 DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in re or water.
8 DO NOT expose to temperatures above 60°C (140°).
9 Replace only with the battery pack designated for this product.
9 Recycle or dispose of used battery as stipulated by local regulation.
9 If the electrolyte in the cells gets on your skin, thoroughly wash with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool
water and seek immediate medical attention.
2. INTRODUCTION
Super bright 10W COB LED produces up to 1600 lumens with a wide spread of light, illuminating the whole work area. Includes
interchangeable hooks, one set of short hooks with 360° of rotation and silicone bands with foam covered hooks to prevent damage to
paintwork. Silicone bands stretch from 1.35-1.7m. Light band is bendable to best position light in any situation. Includes an additional
150° of rotation at either side of the band. Both sides of the light band feature covered magnets that allow the light to be attached to a
bonnet without the detachable silicone hooks or rotating hooks. 2 x 3.7V 2Ah Lithium-ion battery for extended battery life with a long
run time of 3.5 hours at 1600lm. Easy-to-read charge indicator displays the battery level during use and while charging. Charges via a
USB Type-C cable (supplied).

5. CHARGING
WARNING! The battery fitted to this lamp is considered to be a consumable item and its ability to accept charge will reduce over time. We
will warranty it against mechanical and electrical defect for a period of one year, this does not cover fair wear and tear. If the battery is not
properly charged before first use, or regularly conditioned, its capacity will diminish. Under these circumstances we will not replace the
battery even if it is less than one year old.
5.1. Connect the charger cable into the charging port on the lamp, see fig.1. Plug into power supply and turn on, the charge LEDs on the lamp
will light as the battery charges. When fully charged all four green lamps will go out.
5.2. When the battery has fully charged disconnect from mains supply.
NOTE: The Lithium battery does not suffer from memory effect.
6. ASSEMBLY
6.1. Clip the ends of the hooks or flexible straps into either end of the
LED lamp. See fig.2.
7. OPERATION
7.1. Place the hook at the end of the lamp over one edge of the
bonnet and gently pull the other hook towards the other side of
the bonnet.
7.2. Steady the lamp with one hand, whilst extending the hook over the
other side of the bonnet.
7.3. Rotate the lamp to provide best illumination of work being
undertaken.
7.4. To use the lamp, scroll through the two settings using the on/off
switch above the power socket. Press once for 50% output, once
more for 100% output, and press to turn lamp off. The charge
status LEDs will light when the on/o󰀨 switch is pressed or whilst
charging.
8. MAINTENANCE
8.1. Keep lamp clean and check for damage before every use. If damage is observed, remove from use until unit is repaired.
8 DO NOT use solvents to clean lamp.
8.1.1. Store lamp in a dry, childproof area.

Remove the screws in the black section of the lamp control section to remove the batteries.
Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Jack Sealey Ltd are required to inform potential purchasers of products
containing batteries (as defined within these regulations), that they are registered with Valpak’s registered compliance scheme. Jack

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted,
taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product
becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and
dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
