into the center of food at a 90 degree angle NOTE To insert beaters and dough hooks insert the attachment with a collar into the larger hole With mixer unplugged from outlet insert attachments Once attachments are firmly inserted plug the mixer into outlet 3 4 NOTE To avoid getting powder inside the unit mix at speed 1 until dry and wet ingredients are combined Begin all mixing tasks on speed 1
