SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Repair procedures, tools, and parts to service motor vehicles, and

2. Standard and accepted safety precautions and equipment should be
used.when handling toxic or flammable materials. Safety goggles, other
protection,and appropriate clothing (long-sleeve shirt, trousers and safety
shoes) are required.
3. Make sure your work area is well ventilated and not exposed to
heat,electricity, or open flames. No smoking! Clean up spills immediately
and have a Class B or C fire extinguisher readily accessible. Consult
appropriate repair manuals for any required special tools.

INSTRUCTIONS
Installation step of High Pressure Fuel Pump
1.Detect high pressure pump O-ring,and use clean engine oil slightly
wetting insert roller tappet into vacuum pump. Pay attention to align recess
of roller tappet with groove on vacuum pump.
2.Rotate the crankshaft until the roller tappet is at its lowest point Insert the
high pressure pump into the vacuum pump.
3.Cross tighten the fastening bolt by hand,and cross tighten the fastening
bolt with the specified torque of 20N.m. Insert the fuel hose again and fix it
with spring clamps Connect fuel pressure regulator
4.Use engine oil to infiltrate the ball head of the high pressure hose and
install the high pressure hose Tighten the lock nut of the fuel distributor
indicated by the arrow in the drawing with a wrench
5.Fasten the high pressure pipe connector with a wrench and tighten the
live joint nut of the high pressure tube with another wrench.
6.Install high pressure pipe clamps and use 5N.m torque to tighten clamps.
7.Start the engine after installation to observe whether there is oil leakage
on each interface.

Do not hit the plug, do not grip or

Release the fuel pressure of the high
pressure system before removing the
high pressure oil

The torque to install the clamp
bolts for the high-pressure pipe is
5N.m
Tighten the bolts to a torque of 20N.m
When installing roller tappets,
ensure that no debris enters the
vacuum pump
