WARNING
1. To reduce the risk of personal injury, fan should not
be used where small children can reach. Close
supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
or near children.
2. Do not operate the fan in the presence of explosive
and/or flammable fumes.
3. Do not operate the fan if the product malfunctions, is
dropped or damaged in any manner.
4. Never dispose batteries in fire as batteries may
explode or leak.
5. Clean the battery contacts and device before the
installation.
6. To protect against electrical shock, do not use in a
window, immerse unit or spay with liquid.
7. When using this fan with an AC adaptor, use indoors
only.
8. Do not operate the fan with a damaged adapter. The
adapter is intended to be correctly oriented with a
vertical or floor mount position.
9. To avoid personal injury and property damage, use
only with adapter rated 9V DC 1A

10. Do not stick fingers or other objects inside the fan
grill.
CAUTION
1. Install batteries making sure the polarity is correct,
aligning the (+ and -) to similar markings in the unit.
2. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix
Alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable
(ni-cad, ni-mh, etc) batteries.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. For best performance, use fresh Alkaline batteries (D
size, 6pcs required)
2. Use 6 D batteries (not included) or ETL listed 9V DC
1A output AC adapter (included for indoor use only).
Adapter jack is located on the left base side of the
fan.
3. To open battery compartment, turn the fan upside
down. Along with the arrows, slide the battery
compartment open and lift up (see Fig. 1). Install
6pcs D size batteries following (+) and (-) markings on
the battery compartment (see Fig. 2). Please refer to
numerical battery order for easy installation.

4. Press the button on top of the fan to select speed.
5. If the fan does not work, check that batteries are
installed properly.

PRODUCT NOTE
Please turn off the fan when not in use.
Remove batteries for storage. There are no
user-serviceable parts in this product.
Do not disassemble. To clean, use a soft damp cloth
to gently wipe the fan. Do not immerse the fan in
the water and never allow water to drop into the fan

housing.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the fan does not work, check that batteries are
installed properly.
If the fan does not work with AC adapter, check the
fan is turned ON and plug is fully inserted into the
jack and that the wall receptacle is powered ON.
