exclusiveremedywillberepairorreplacement,atFellowes’optionandexpense,ofthedefective
part.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyincasesofabuse,mishandling,failuretocomplywithproduct
usagestandards,shredderoperationusinganimproperpowersupply(otherthanlistedonthe
label),orunauthorized repair. Fellowes reserves therightto charge theconsumersfor any
