Product Information
1. This automatic hose reel is suitable for transportation for water or air, but not for drinking water.
Corrosive or toxic gases or liquids cannot be injected into the hose. The hose reel has a ratchet
function and can be used to lock the hose after pulling out the desired length. It can be used for car
washing or garden watering.
2. Children are not allowed to use this product. Non-professionals are not allowed to demount it.
Please turn off the water or air source when the hose reel is not in use for extended periods.
3. Apart from indoor use, this hose reel can also be extended to the industrial field, such as the use
of pneumatic tools in automobile repair factories, automobile beauty and fine cleaning shops, and
production workshops.
4. Casing material of the hose reel is Polypropylene (PP) with high toughness, 3 mm thick, solid and
durable, but cannot be dropped from a high place.
5.The product is equipped with an iron fixing frame, which can be installed on the wall or ceiling,
and then the build-in iron frame on the hose reel can be inserted into the fixing frame, so that the
hose reel can be used in the rotation range of 180 degrees. It is recommended to install the fixing
frame beside the water source or air source, so as to facilitate the hose reel to access the water source
or air source.
6. The working pressure of the hose is 300PSI/20Bar, with 1/4NPT joints at both ends, which can be
easily connected with tools or quick plugs.
Product Installation
1. Choose a reasonable position to make the hose reel have enough space to move in accordance
with the principles of safety, firmness and convenience of operation.
2. Choose an appropriate location on the cement column, cement wall, or ceiling to install, can be
installed horizontally or vertically(lifting).
3. Each expansion bolt and nut should be fixed firmly during installation. Check whether it is loose
during use.
Product Instructions and Cautions
1. Pull out a certain length of the hose reel according to the work needs. Let go and it is locked after
a "click" sound. Pull out a small section more to unlock the hose reel to retract. Repeat above
mentioned operation to adjust the length of the use.
2. Grasp the hose when it is retracting. If left alone to retract naturally, some parts of the product
may be damaged due to rapid retraction, or the hose may be damaged due to collision with things
around in the rapid retraction process.
3. It is recommended not to pull the hose completely when using, in order to protect the hose reel
and improve its service life.
