We thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please use
this product correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and
using the product. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the product is
assembled, maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all
users of the product are informed of all warnings and precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program, you should consult your physician to
determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your
health and safety at risk or prevent you from using the product properly. Your
physician’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart
rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Stop exercising if you experience any of the
following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness
of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience
any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing with
your exercise program.
3. Never leave the Calf & Hamstring Stretcher unattended, as it could pose a hazard
to children and pets. To avoid accidents, store the unit out of the reach of children
and keep away from pets when not in use.
4. The Calf & Hamstring Stretcher is not a toy, it is not intended for use by children.
Anyone under 18 must have adult supervision.
5. Always inspect the unit before every use. If you find any cracks or defects that
would jeopardize function or safety, discontinue use immediately.
6. Have adequate clearance in the area around the Hamstring & Calf Stretcher. The
area should be free of debris and on a stable, level surface. Wear appropriate
exercise clothing and footwear such as sneakers or exercise shoes.
7. Warm-up exercises - It is advisable to perform warm-up exercises before using
this product.

STRETCHING
To fully reap the benefits of static stretching, it is best to stetch with warm, pliable
muscles. Post-workout is a great time to stretch. If stretching at the beginning of your
workout, it is best to begin with a warm-up routine or dynamic stretches to get your
muscles warm, then stretch. Stretching muscles while cold could potentially lead to
early muscles fatigue or injury.
For better balance while stretching, position Calf and Hamstring Stretcher and
Foot Rocker near a wall and place your hand (s), on the wall to stabilize yourself.
Inhale to prepare for a stretch, and exhale slowly while stretching the muscle.
Do not stretch to the point of pain or bounce while stretching.
BEGINNING
Do light stretch for 15 to 20 seconds. Repeat 1 to 2 times. Perform daily as desired.
ADVANCED
Stretch muscle further for 30 to 45 seconds. Repeat 3 to 4 times. Perform daily.

CALF STRETCH
Place the Calf and Hamstring Stretcher
and Foot Rocker against a wall for
stability during the stretch. Stand
upright on the stretcher with your heel
securely placed in the heel pad, ensuring
your foot is flat on the ground and your
shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles are
aligned. Keep your stretched leg straight
and gently rock the stretcher backward
until you feel a mild tension in your calf.
Repeat the stretch with the other leg.
HAMSTRING STRETCH
With your standing leg in line with your hip
and your stretched leg extended in front of
you, place your foot in the heel rest of the
Calf and Hamstring Stretcher and Foot
Rocker. Gently bend the knee of your back
leg, keeping your front leg straight. Lean
forward slightly as you push your hips
back, and rock the Calf and Hamstring
Stretcher and Foot Rocker backward until
you feel a slight tension in your hamstring.
Repeat with the other leg.

SHIN & ANKLE STRETCH
Position your standing leg in line with your
hip, and extend your stretching leg in front
of you on the Calf and Hamstring
Stretcher and Foot Rocker. Gently rock
the Calf and Hamstring Stretcher and
Foot Rocker forward until you feel a slight
tension in your shin or ankle. Perform
several stretch repetitions, then repeat
the exercise with the other leg.
