1. SAFETY
9 Maintain the pump in good condition (use an authorised service agent).
9 Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only. Non authorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
9 Keep the pump clean for best and safest performance.
9 Familiarize yourself with the applications, limitations and potential hazards of the Pump.
9 Ensure the power supply corresponds with the requirements of the pump.
9 Wear safety goggles and gloves, and protective clothing when working around fuel. A full range of personal safety equipment is available
from your local Sealey Stockist.
9 Keep area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials, and ensure there is adequate lighting.
9 Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non slip shoes.
9 Use the pump in an appropriate working area for its function. Keep area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
8 DO NOT run the pump dry. This will damage the pump’s internal components and will invalidate your warranty.
8 DO NOT operate the pump continuously for more than 5 minutes. The motor must be left to cool down for 10 minutes.
8 DO NOT operate the pump with wet hands.
8 DO NOT use the pump where explosive or flammable vapours may be present.
8 DO NOT tamper with the pump connections.
8 DO NOT pull or carry the unit by its cables and do not pull the negative and positive clamps from the battery terminals.
8 DO NOT smoke or allow a spark, or ame in the vicinity of the battery or pump.

2. INTRODUCTION
For use with jerry cans or containers to transfer diesel and other liquids. Powered by 2x ‘D’ size batteries (not included). Rainproof
separate On/O󰀨 buttons and LED light. Oil and ame resistant discharge hose. Adjustable suction pipe extends from 380mm to 520mm
and Ø32mm suction end.

3.1. NOZZLE LEVER
3.1.1. Nozzle lever is designed to operate in two di󰀨erent ways according to the application.

4. OPERATION
4.1. ON-OFF SWITCH g.1
4.1.1. The switch is weather proof.
4.1.2. Use the ‘ON’ button to turn the pump on. Use the ‘OFF’ button to turn the pump o󰀨.
4.1.3. The LED light illuminates to indicate the pump is in operation.
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. REPLACING THE BATTERY g.2
5.1.1. Remove the front battery cover exposing the batteries.
5.1.2. Remove the batteries from the compartment. Insert new batteries, use DC 3V with 2xD
alkaline batteries.
WARNING! Ensure the polarity is correct when placing the batteries in.
5.1.3. Replace the battery cover.
5.2. CLEANING
5.2.1. Cleaning the pump – we recommend the outside to be wiped down with a cloth, but we
do not recommend the same pump to be used with di󰀨erent liquids/fuels.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted,
taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product
becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and
dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
WEEE REGULATIONS
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. Contact your local solid
waste authority for recycling information.

Warranty: Guarantee is 12 months from purchase date, proof of which is required for any claim.
