professional use in catering and must not be operated by children.Use only
original KS100E-1parts. The use of any other non-original parts is

• Keep these instructions in a safe place.
WORKPLACE
• Keep your workplace clean and tidy.
• The KS100E-1must be placed away from gas flames or other heat
sources to prevent melting of the housing or cables.
• Please observe the relevant hygiene regulations of your country.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Original power plugs and sockets can reduce the risk of electric shock.
• The power plug of KS100E-1must match the socket.
• The power plug must not be changed in any way.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning

KORREKTE NUTZUNG
Der KS100E-1 ist speziell für das Schneiden von gegrilltem Fleisch

konzipiert. Der KS100E-1 ist dafür konzipiert für den professionellen
Einsatz in der Gastronomie und darf nicht von Kindern bedient werden.
Verwenden Sie nur Original-KS100E-1-Teile. Die Verwendung anderer,
nicht originaler Teile sind gefährlich und können schwere Schäden
verursachen Die Maschine.
VORSICHT
Die Nichtbeachtung der folgenden Anweisungen kann zu Stromschlägen,
Bränden usw. führen schwere Verletzung.
• Alle Anweisungen müssen gelesen werden.
• Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig auf.
ARBEITSPLATZ
• Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und ordentlich.
• Der KS100E-1 muss in der Nähe von Gasflammen oder anderen

Wenn das Netzkabel beschädigt ist, muss es vom Hersteller, seinem
Servicevertreter oder ähnlich qualifizierten Personen ersetzt werden, um
Gefahren zu vermeiden.

SCHNEIDEN
FLEISCH SCHNEIDEN
▶ Das Fleisch wird aus dem Grill gegrillt von außen nach innen. Das
Fleisch drinnen ist noch roh.
▶ Die Schnittstärke kann zwischen 0,5 mm und 8 mm eingestellt werden.
▶ Dazu die Stellschraube nach links (größer) oder rechts (kleiner) drehen.

• Arbeiten Sie immer von oben nach unten

TAGLIARE LA CARNE
▶ La carne viene grigliata dal fuori dentro. La carne dentro è ancora
crudo.
▶ Lo spessore di taglio può essere impostato tra 0,5 mm e 8 mm.
▶ A tale scopo ruotare la vite di regolazione verso sinistra (più grande) o
destra (più piccola).

ontworpen voor professioneel gebruik in de horeca en mag niet door
kinderen worden bediend. Gebruik uitsluitend originele KS100E-1
onderdelen. Het gebruik van andere niet-originele onderdelen is gevaarlijk
en kan ernstige schade veroorzaken de machine.
VOORZICHTIGHEID
