professional use in catering and must not be operated by children.Use only
original KS100E parts. The use of any other non-original parts is
dangerous and may cause serious damage to the machine.

• Keep your workplace clean and tidy.

• The KS100E must be placed away from gas flames or other heat
sources to prevent melting of the housing or cables.
• Please observe the relevant hygiene regulations of your country.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Original power plugs and sockets can reduce the risk of electric shock.
• The power plug of KS100E must match the socket.
• The power plug must not be changed in any way.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand

KS100E Der KS100E ist auf das Schneiden von Grillfleisch spezialisiert ist
entworfen für den professionellen Einsatz in der Gastronomie und darf
nicht von Kindern bedient werden. Nur Original KS100E verwenden Teile.
Die Verwendung anderer, nicht originaler Teile sind gefährlich und können
schwere Schäden verursachen Die Maschine.

FLEISCH SCHNEIDEN

SKÄRNING AV KÖTT
▶ Köttet grillas från utanför in. Köttet inuti är fortfarande rå.
▶ Skärtjockleken kan ställas in mellan 0,5 mm och 8 mm.
▶ Vrid justerskruven åt vänster (större) eller höger (mindre) för att göra

• Förvara kött vid under 5C eller frys (under -18C)
