IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read the entire manual carefully before assembly or use.
• This punching bag is only for home use and physical training. It is not recommended for gym or game use.
• This punching bag is not a toy. Children should not use it unless they are supervised by an adult. People who are unfamiliar
with this product should be informed of the basic rules before starting use.
• While using this punching bag, wear safety devices such as boxing gloves, knee pads, and elbow pads to prevent injury.
• The bag surface should not be scraped by solid objects as it is made of artificial leather.
• This punching bag holds up well on a smooth and flat hard floor as there are 12 powerful suction cups at the base bottom.
Remove these suction cups if you use the punching bag on carpet or lawn.
• Before each use, check to ensure that the punching bag is in good condition and the base cap is tightened.
• This punching bag should not be left in the rain or damp areas.
• This punching bag should be used and stored in a ventilated and dry place.
• Do not put this punching bag together with a corrosive product. Do not put it in direct sunshine for too long.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Find a spacious and clear area for
assembly. Place the base on a level
surface where you plan to use the
punching bag.
Screw the suction cups (12 pcs) to
the base bottom securely.
Use a funnel to fill the base with sand
through the top hole, or use a hose to
fill with water. Make sure the fillings
are evenly distributed inside the base.
Do not exceed 4/5 of the base volume,
otherwise it might cause leakage.
Tighten the base cap securely.
Note: Base will be more stable if filled
with sand.
Tighten the screws (12 pcs) securely to
connect the bag to the base.

including but without limitation: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions;
(c) exposure to liquid or infiltration of foreign particles; (d) servicing or modification of the product other than by RIF6. These are our
