1. SAFETY
1.1. GENERAL SAFETY
8 DO NOT use the tester to perform a task for which it is not designed.
8 DO NOT allow untrained persons to use the tester.
8 DO NOT use whilst under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or intoxicating
medication.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
9 Keep work area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials.
9 Ensure the work area has adequate lighting.
9 After use, clean equipment and store in a cool, dry, child proof area.
WARNING! Brake uid is ammable - keep away from sources of
ignition, including hot surfaces e.g. exhaust manifold.
1.2. BRAKE FLUID SAFETY
WARNING! Brake uid will damage paintwork. Any spillage should be
ushed with water immediately.
9 Always read and comply with the warnings on the brake fluid container.
9 Wear eye protection and keep skin contact to a minimum. If brake fluid
contacts eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
9 If swallowed seek medical advice immediately.
9 Dispose of waste fluid in accordance with local authority regulations.
1.3. BATTERY CHARGING
9 Built-in lithium polymer battery, please use 5V charger to charge, and it’s
Type-C interface.
8 DO NOT be close to any re source when charging and keep away from combustible and ammable materials.
8 DO NOT use or charge in an explosive or other high temperature conditions.
2. INTRODUCTION
Long neck design helps to access hard-to-reach areas. The alarm sounds when the oil needs to be changed. Built-in ashlight with a backlit LCD
digital display. USB type-C charging (cable included). Compatible with DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1.

5. OPERATION
NOTE: The metal probe terminal must be completely immersed in the brake uid, otherwise the test accuracy will be a󰀨ected.
NOTE: After each test, wipe the probe with clean paper or cloth to avoid leaving oil stains, otherwise it may a󰀨ect the accuracy
of the next test.
NOTE: The device has a built-in lithium polymer battery, hence avoid long-term exposure to high temperature.
5.1. Press the On/O󰀨 key to turn on the device. After starting up, a xed interface display will appear (g.2), and the
backlight will be lit at the same time.
5.2. Press the key ” MODE” to switch the type of brake uid to be tested, three types of DOT3/DOT4/DOT5.1 can be selected.
5.3. Insert the metal probe into the brake uid, the screen will automatically display the water content of the selected brake uid and the
test results.
5.4. If the water content is less than 1%, it means the brake uid is good and safe to use.
5.5. If the water content is >1.5% and <2.5%, it means that the brake uid is poor. User discretion to decide on replacement immediately.
5.6. If the water content is more than 3%, it means that the brake uid is poor and must to be replaced.
5.7. Press the key to lock the test results for easy viewing or sharing later.
5.8. Press the key to turn the ashlight function on or o󰀨.
5.9. IF IN ANY DOUBT, REPLACE THE BRAKE FLUID.

6. STORAGE
6.1. Before storing the tool, use a mild detergent on a clean cloth to clean the outside of the tool and dry thoroughly afterwards.
DO NOT use any abrasive or corrosive materials when cleaning.
6.2. Store the tool in its original packaging in a dry, clean environment that is free from oil/uid/water or grease.
6.3. Storage temperature range -30

7. END OF LIFE
7.1. When disposing of the tool and its packaging, follow all local and national regulations.

a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
