3. IVS 360 - SUBMIT REQUEST
∙ Complete the necessary information
fields to submit your support request
∙ An IVS 360 technician will be calling
you on the number entered
∙ Double check for accuracy and make sure
the line is available to receive your call.
∙ A confirmation text message will
be sent indicating your request for
support has been received.
4. POWER DOWN DEVICE
∙ Click Settings, then Power Off/Shut Down
∙ Following proper shutdown prevents
Windows OS corruption

∙ Connect the DLC cable to
the RapAssist device

MDRA PASSIST
Matco RAPASSIST Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Opus IVS (“OPUS IVS”) and the
party whose name and address are set forth below ("CUSTOMER"). This Agreement, together with
any addendum and/or exhibit which is made a part thereof, constitutes the entire agreement
between OPUS IVS and CUSTOMER regarding the use of the RAPASSIST and the delivery of the
Service which is to be performed by OPUS IVS as described in the Agreement and herein. The
Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, and documentation by or between
OPUS IVS and the CUSTOMER. Any changes to the Agreement shall be null and void unless same
are set forth in writing and signed by OPUS IVS.
RAPASSIST (DEVICE, CABLES, AND PLATFORM) – Price: $2999.95 each. Does not include
applicable tax.
OPUS IVS RAPASSIST PACKAGE: Combines diagnostic software, IVSRAP Programming, and
IVS360 expert diagnostic support from our OEM-trained master technicians, into a single,
expandable platform. Package includes Main Unit, Case, OBD II Cable, Ethernet Cable, Power
Cable, and Dedicated Hardware Support.
RAPASSIST Includes the following applications:
a. IVSRAP – Remote accessible programming. A pay per use remote programming service by
Opus IVS that incorporates an integrated J2534 PassThru device paired with OEM licensed
diagnostics and programming software
b. IVS360 - At the time of this agreement, CUSTOMER may select to enroll in IVS360
Unlimited for a 12-month contract or use IVS360 Pay Per Use on an as-needed basis.
a. IVS 360 Unlimited – Unlimited access to live diagnostic and vehicle repair
assistance from our OEM-trained master technicians.

b. IVS 360 Pay Per Use – Pay per use access to live diagnostic and vehicle repair
assistance from our OEM-trained master technicians. Each billable session includes
all necessary live support to troubleshoot a specific problem on a vehicle.
c. IVS TRUE OE – Pay per use to run a printable vehicle scan report completed remotely by a
factory trained technician using OEM software.
d. J2534 Pass-Thru – Unlimited Use - Functions as a stand-alone J2534 pass-thru device when
used with your PC and OE purchased subscription. Use the included USB cable to connect
your RAPASSIST device to your PC.

∙ Click on the Wi-Fi icon
in the upper right hand
corner to manage Internet
Connection setup.
∙ Enter access credentials on
login screen to begin using
your RAPASSIST device.
∙ USERNAME will be the
email address entered
in the agreement.
∙ PASSWORD will be what was
created above in step 9.
