supporting the Lockout Tagout Kit.
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following
pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap
and separate all parts in a clean work area.

a. Lockout tagout can be used to make a holistic control of the equipment to
protect workers from accident and equipment from damage.
b. Use with padlock to remind that the device has been locked and can not be
operated. It can only be opened by the one who lock it. It enables people to know
who lock it and so that they know it is danger to operate the device.
c. On the tag, you can see"Danger/Do not operate/caution" etc security warning
language and also"Name/department/Date” etc blank for you to fill in.

CLAMP-ON BREAKER LOCKOUT
a. Made from rugged polypropylene PP and impact modified PA.
b. Use thumbscrew to clamp lockout securely onto switch tongue, then pull cover
and lock in place to prevent clamp from being loosened.
c. New blade design provides tighter grip with less torque on thumb screw.
d. Detachable cleats expand the range of applicable breakers.
e. The lockouts can take padlocks with a shackle diameter up to 7mm.

BLOCCO TAGOUT
a. Il tagout di blocco può essere utilizzato per effettuare un controllo olistico
dell'attrezzatura per proteggere i lavoratori dagli incidenti e l'attrezzatura da
eventuali danni.
b. Utilizzare con lucchetto per ricordare che il dispositivo è stato bloccato e non
può essere utilizzato. Può solo essere aperto da chi lo chiude. Permette alle
persone di sapere chi lo blocca e di sapere che è pericoloso utilizzare il
dispositivo.
c. Sull'etichetta è possibile visualizzare la lingua degli avvisi di sicurezza
"Pericolo/Non utilizzare/Attenzione" ecc. e anche lo spazio vuoto "Nome /
reparto/data" ecc. da compilare.
d. Offri la personalizzazione della lingua.

BLOCCO DELL'INTERRUTTORE A MORSA
a. Realizzato in robusto polipropilene PP e PA modificato antiurto .
b. Utilizzare la vite a testa zigrinata per fissare saldamente il dispositivo di
bloccaggio sulla linguetta dell'interruttore, quindi tirare il coperchio e bloccarlo
posizione per evitare che il morsetto si allenti.
C. Il nuovo design della lama offre una presa più salda con una minore coppia sulla
vite ad alette.
D. Le tacchette rimovibili ampliano la gamma di demolitori applicabili.
e. I dispositivi di bloccaggio possono accogliere lucchetti con diametro dell'arco fino
a 7 mm.

Dispositivo ideale per bloccare scatole di giunzione e controller di ascensori.
a. Realizzato in tessuto di poliestere resistente all'usura.
b. Con rivestimento in PVC per impedire ad altri di contattare il pulsante del
controller dell'ascensore.
c. Con spazio sufficiente è possibile bloccare molti tipi di pulsanti del controller di
guida o tutti i tipi di speciali spina e accessori di grandi dimensioni.

f. Utilizzato cavo da 1,8 metri, lo strato esterno di il cavo è realizzato in P VC
anti-UV (diametro 6 mm), il cavo può essere personalizzato con lunghezze e colori
diversi.
g. Resiste a temperature extra comprese tra -46'℃ e 149'℃.
h. Bloccato con 4 lucchetti, il diametro dell'anello di bloccaggio è inferiore a 7
