background
This equipment is designed for storing and displaying non-timed/temperature-sensitive safety
bottled or canned products only. It is not suitable for individuals with reduced physical, sensory,
or mental capacities, or for those lacking experience and knowledge, unless they are under the
supervision of someone responsible for their safety. Children should not use or play with the
appliance without adult supervision.
Please refrain from cleaning or performing maintenance on this appliance if you are underage
and unsupervised. Do not store flammable materials, such as aerosol cans with flammable
propellant, inside the appliance.
To ensure proper operation:
Keep the appliances ventilation openings unobstructed.
Do not use unauthorized mechanical devices to speed up the defrosting process.
Avoid damaging the refrigerant circuit.
Only use electrical appliances inside the designated food storage compartments if
recommended by the manufacturer.
This appliance is suitable for use in:
Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other commercial environments
Farmhouses and by hotel, motel, and other residential clients
Catering and non-retail applications
Do not install the appliance in public corridors or lobbies. Replace parts only with components of
the same type to prevent potential risks. Install the appliance according to the provided safety
warnings.
The appliance should be stored in an area free from continuous ignition sources, such as open
flames or operating gas appliances. Ensure that the storage area is well-ventilated, and the room
size corresponds to the appliance's specifications to avoid creating an environment that could
promote refrigerant leakage.
Avoid piercing or burning the refrigerant, and be aware that it may not have an odor. Store the
appliance in a manner that prevents mechanical damage and takes into account environmental
factors like aging or continuous vibration from compressors or fans.
Prior to the decommissioning process, technicians must be thoroughly acquainted with the
equipment and its specifications. When extracting refrigerant, it is imperative to adhere to the
best practices and ensure all refrigerants are safely recovered. Analysis of oil and refrigerant
samples is mandatory before reuse. Ensure electrical power is accessible before commencing
recovery operations.
Recovery equipment must be operational and accompanied by instructions for the recovery of all
relevant refrigerants, including flammable types when applicable. Return recovered refrigerants to
the supplier using the correct container, and arrange for the disposal documentation
appropriately. Mixing different refrigerants, particularly in cylinders, is strictly prohibited.

Warning: There is a risk of fire or combustion with flammable materials. Exercise caution to
prevent ignition.
Each shelf must not exceed a loading capacity of 22.35 kg (49.3 lbs). Always refer to the
following table for the specific ambient temperature and humidity conditions for the climate
classification of the showcase.
Refrigerant class A3 per ANSI/ASHRAE 34

Relative
humidity (%)
Dew point (°F)

1 60.8 80 54.3 0.002
2 71.6 65 59 0.0024
3 77 60 62.1 0.0026
4 86 55 68 0.0032
5 89.6 70 73.9 0.0035
6 98.6 40 76.1 0.0043
7 95 45 83.2 0.0049
8 104 35 85.9 0.006
Note: The water vapor mass in dry air, converted to pounds per pound (lb/lb), is a key
determinant influencing cabinet performance and energy consumption. The climate
classes are sequenced by the water vapor mass column. For comparisons between
laboratory and store conditions, see Annex B.
All maintenance personnel and other staff in the vicinity must receive instructions about
the procedures and risks associated with the task at hand. Confined spaces should be
avoided during work, and any hot work on refrigeration equipment or its parts should only
proceed if appropriate firefighting tools are readily accessible.
Notice: Follow only the servicing procedures recommended by the equipment
manufacturer. Servicing and repairs necessitating skilled personnel must be under the
direct supervision of someone proficient in handling flammable refrigerants.
When working on refrigeration systems, avoid activities that could create a fire hazard,
such as the use of open flames or smoking. Keep ignition sources well away from areas
where refrigerant gases could escape. Before any work begins, ensure that the work area
is free from flammable materials and ignition sources. Display "No Smoking" signs
prominently.
Always check for refrigerant leaks with a suitable detector before and during maintenance
to prevent exposure to toxic or flammable gases. Verify that the leak detection equipment
is compatible with all refrigerants used, including non-sparking, sealed, or intrinsically safe

SAFETY
systems.
Ensure the work area is open or well-ventilated before starting any work that might release
refrigerants into the atmosphere. The ventilation system should effectively disperse any
refrigerants to prevent build-up. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for maintenance and
service to the letter. If uncertain, consult the manufacturer's technical support for advice.
When detecting refrigerant leaks, never use potential ignition sources like halide torches.
Only use approved leak detection methods that do not involve open flames.
Warning!
Danger: Fire and explosion risk. This refrigerator uses flammable refrigerant R600a. Only
trained service personnel should perform repairs. Do not employ mechanical devices to
defrost the refrigerator. Avoid piercing the refrigerant tubing.
Allow the refrigerator to stand for at least 4 hours before connecting it to the power
supply.
1. If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified
technician to prevent hazards.
2. Dispose of the refrigerator according to local regulations. If you're discarding the
appliance, remove the doors to prevent accidental entrapment of children.
3. Adhere to national electrical codes when installing the power cable.
4. Comply with ANSI/ASHRAE 15, the Safety Standard for Refrigeration Systems, during
installation.
5. Individuals servicing or breaking into the refrigerant circuit must hold current
certification from an industry-recognized assessment authority.
6. If the power is interrupted, wait at least 5 minutes before restarting to prevent
compressor damage.
7. Adjust the temperature control based on the refrigerator's contents and ambient
temperature. Larger quantities of food or higher room temperatures may necessitate a
colder setting.
8. Do not obstruct the refrigerator's ventilation, as proper air circulation is essential for
efficient operation.

SETUP/MAINTENANCE
Transportation and Setup:
1. Avoid tilting the unit more than 45 degrees during transport.
2. Remove all packaging before using the refrigerator.
3. Place the refrigerator in a well-ventilated area, ensuring at least 4 inches of clearance
around the cabinet walls for proper circulation.
4. Situate the refrigerator on a stable surface to prevent vibrations and noise.
5. Keep the refrigerator in a dry location away from direct sunlight and corrosive
substances.
6. After installation, let the refrigerator operate for about one hour before use.
Temperature Control
The temperature is regulated
using the temperature control knob.
Rotate the knob clockwise to adjust the temperature. A higher number corresponds to a
cooler temperature. It is recommended to set the knob to '4' or '5' for standard refrigeration.
Turning the knob to the 'OFF' position will halt the compressor. Conversely, setting it to
'MAX' allows the compressor to run continuously. Do not leave the knob on 'MAX' for more
than 4 to 5 hours to avoid overworking the compressor.
Maintenance
Regular cleaning of the refrigerator is essential. Before cleaning, disconnect the power, empty the
appliance, and wipe the interior with water or a mild detergent.
Avoid the use of harsh chemicals such as boiling water, acids, strong solvents, petroleum-based
products, or abrasive powders.
After cleaning, thoroughly dry the interior and exterior surfaces.
To maintain the door seal and prolong its life, lightly apply talcum powder to the seal after it has
dried naturally.
For external surfaces, use a soft cloth dampened with water or a small amount of detergent.
Ensure that the power source is not exposed to water during cleaning.
