#1 Dehumidifier is not effective?

If the dehumidifier is not working, the humidity setting may be too high or too low. Please adjust the humidity setting to the proper range and we recommend that you observe the dehumidifier for 3 4 days to see if it is collecting moisture.

#2 Just collecting very little water over a few days?

The dehumidification is related to the temperature, the humidity and the size of the room. make sure it is running in a relatively confined environment, with high humidity, and the temperate should over 8℃ .

#3 Where is this dehumidifier suitable for use?
