LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Each Fluke product is warranted to be free from dec in material and workmanship under normal use and servi. The warran

peod is one year and begins on the date of shipment. Pa, pduct repai, and seis are warranted for 90 days. This warn

extends only to e original buyer or end-user customer of a Fluke authozed reseller, and does not ply to fuses, dispoble

batteries, or to any product which, in Fluke's opinion, has en misused, altered, neglted, ntaminated, or damaged by accident

or abnoal nditions of oration or handling. Fluke warrants that soare will operate substantially in aance wh its

Fluke's warranty obligation is limited, at Fluke's option, to refund of the purchase p, fr of charge repair, or replacement of a

deftive pru which is retued to a Fluke authozed seice center within the wanty peri.

To obtain warranty servi, contact your nearest Fluke authorized rvice nter to obtain return authorization ination, then

send the pduct to that sei center, with a description of the diiculty, postage and insun prepaid (FOB Deination). Fluke

assumes no risk for damage in tnsit. Following warranty repair, the product will  returned  Buyer, tnspotion prepaid (FOB

Desnation}. If Fluke deteines that failure was caused by nlect, misuse, ntamination, alteration, aident, or abnoal

condition of opetion or handling, including oveoltage failures caused by use ouide the pduct's spefied rating, or normal

wear and tear of mhanil mponents, Fluke will pde an estimate of repair s and obtain authorition bere commencing

the wo. Following pair, the product will be ed to e Buyer tnspotion prepaid and the Buyer will  billed for the repair

and retum tnspoation charges (FOB Shipping Point).

THIS RRANTY IS BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS

OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A

PARTICUR PURPOSE. FLUKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL

DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE OR THEORY.
