USING THE FITNESS METER
FUNCTIONS:
Handlebar movement or press the button.
Automatically shuts o after four minutes of
inactivity.

THE MODE BUTTON:
Press to select the function value displays of TIME, COUNT,
DISTANCE, CALORIES, and TOTAL COUNT.
Reset all functions to zero by pressing the button and holding it
down for two seconds, except
TOTAL COUNT
.
Automatically scans each function of TIME, COUNT, DISTANCE, CALORIES, and TOTAL
COUNT in sequence with change every 6 seconds. Press and release the MODE button
until “SCAN” appears on display.
Displays the time from one second up to 99:59 minutes.
Displays the total number of rows you have taken from zero to 9999.
Displays the distance from zero to 99.99 miles.
Displays the calories burned from zero to 9999 Kcal.
The calorie readout is an estimate for an average user. It should be used only as a
comparison between workouts on this unit.
Displays the total accumulated number of rows you have taken from zero to 9999 rows.
The total accumulated rows is retained when the meter is turned o, until the batteries
are removed.

The meter will shut o automatically after four minutes of inactivity. All function values will
be kept. Press the MODE button and hold it down for two seconds to reset all functions
to zero, except
TOTAL COUNT
.
NOTE:
1. Do not mix a new battery with an old battery.
2. Use the same type of battery. Do not mix an alkaline
battery with another type of battery.
3. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended.
4. Ultimate disposal of battery should be handled
according to all state and federal laws and regulations.
5. Do not dispose of batteries in re.

1. Open the Battery Door on the back of the meter.
2. The meter operates with two AA batteries (1.5V each), the batteries
are not included. Refer to the illustration to install or replace the
battery.
