Before Assembly
BEFORE USING PRODUCT
Read and follow all instructions carefully to ensure that your
product is properly installed. Failure to follow these instructions
for the assembly of use of your Portable High Chair could result
in serious injury or death. The safety of your child is your
responsibility. Please keep these instructions for your
reference.
90 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY
If, during the first 90 days after consumer purchase of the item,
under reasonable and non-commercial use and conditions of
maintenance, it fails while owned by the original purchaser
because of the quality of materials or workmanship of finish and
assembly, Regalo International, LLC, will replace or repair it at
Regalo’s option. PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED.

Periodically check the Portable High Chair for sign of damage,
wear or for missing components. Do not use if any part is
missing, worn or damaged. Always dry metal parts to avoid the
formation of rust.

Assembling Your High Chair
STEP 1
STEP 3
Insert legs into bottom rear base of chair.
Slide tray into seat base arms until tray tabs and
under hooks lock in place.
NOTE: Do not use without all 4 legs securely attached.
STEP 2
Insert legs into footrest, then into the front base of chair.
STEP 4
To remove tray, lift up on tray tabs and slide out.

FALL HAZARD:
CHILDREN HAVE SUFFERED SEVERE HEAD INJURIES INCLUDING SKULL
FRACTURES WHEN FALLING FROM HIGH CHAIRS. FALLS CAN HAPPEN SUDDENLY IF CHILD IS
NOT RESTRAINED PROPERLY.

FOR USE WITH CHILDREN 6 – 36 MONTHS OR UP TO 45 LBS.
• TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH FROM SLIDING OUT, FALLS, OR TIPPING OVER, READ
ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND LABELS BEFORE USING HIGH CHAIR. • ALWAYS USE RESTRAINTS, AND
ADJUST TO FIT SNUGLY. • THE CHILD SHOULD BE SECURED IN THE HIGH CHAIR AT ALL TIMES BY
THE RESTRAINING SYSTEM. • THE TRAY IS NOT DESIGNED TO HOLD CHILD IN CHAIR. • STAY NEAR
AND WATCH CHILD DURING USE. • ALWAYS USE THREE-POINT SAFETY BELT WHEN CHILD IS IN
HIGH CHAIR. • NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED. • NEVER ALLOW CHILD TO PUSH AWAY FROM
TABLE. • DISCONTINUE USE IF HIGH CHAIR IS BROKEN. CONTACT THE MANUFACTURE IMMEDIATELY
FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS OR SERVICE. • IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE HIGH CHAIR BE USED
ONLY BY CHILDREN CAPABLE OF SITTING UPRIGHT UNASSISTED. • DO NOT USE THIS HIGH CHAIR
UNLESS ALL LEGS OF THE HIGH CHAIR ARE SECURELY ON THE FLOOR. • MAKE SURE FULLY
ASSEMBLED WITH ALL LEGS ATTACHED. • DO NOT HANG OBJECTS FROM THE HIGH CHAIR.
• INSPECT HIGH CHAIR BEFORE USE DO NOT USE IF HIGH CHAIR IS ANY PART IS BROKEN, TORN OR
MISSING.
