PRO MODEL TRIPOD TRAVEL TEE
MIDDLE POSITION
1)Position tee centered and slightly in front of home plate
2)Position height of tee to simulate a pitch you feel you drive the best
3)Take your normal load or stride
4)Swing through baseball -finish strong!
OUTSIDE POSITION:
1)Position tee at a comfortable distance away from you and slightly deeper than
the middle position
2) Position height of tee to simulate a pitch you feel you drive the best
3) Be sure you feel you can still drive the baseball and not change your swing
mechanics to make contact
4) Take your normal load or stride
5)Swing through baseball-finish strong!
INSIDE POSITION:
1)Position tee slightly in front of home plate and at a distance to your body where
you can make solid contact and still keep the ball fair if in a game
2)Position height of tee to simulate a pitch you feel you drive the best
3)Take your normal load or stride
4)Get your hands to the ball on a direct path so you make contact on the barrel
5) Swing through baseball -finish strong!

MIDDLE HIGH POSITION:
1)Position tee slightly in front of home plate - raise tee to a position to
exaggerate hitting a high pitch
2)The tee should not be raised too high that you change your normal swing
mechanics -make sure it is a strike
3) Take your normal load or stride
4) Focus on staying on top of the ball as much as possible so you can drive it
-swing through and finish strong!
MIDDLE LOW POSITION:
1)Position tee slightly in front of home plate-lower tee to a position to
exaggerate hitting a low pitch
2)The tee should not be positioned too low that you change your normal swing
mechanics -make sure it is a strike
3)Take your normal load or stride
4)Swing through baseball -finish strong!
