producing ingredients,as skin burns could result.
12. Never pull this machine by the supply cord.
13. Never unplug the machine from electrical outlet with a wet hand.
14. Unplug when not in use.
15. Do not use the cord as a handle.
16. Dot not bend or pinch the cord and not use this machine if it has damaged power cord or plug,if
it malfunc�ons,has been dropped,or is damaged.
This machine has no user-serviceable parts.If for any reason this machine does not func�on
sa�sfactorily,see warranty for service informa�on.
17. Do not tamper with this machine in any way.
18. Loop cord loosely when storing,�ght wrapping may damage cord and internal parts.
19. This product is intended solely for non-commercial,non-industrial,personal use. Do not use this
product for any other purpose.
20. Do not use with infants, a helpless person or a person insensi�ve to heat.

Opera�on and controller instruc�ons
• For your own safety we equip the device with a protec�on against over-hea�ng.
The device will switch off automa�cally and will only allow switching on again a�er
an appropriate down�me.
• The device will automa�cally turn off a�er the set �mer runs out.
• Do not setup or use the device in a bathroom or similary wet / damp areas.
3. Plug the home adapter into a 100~240V electric outlet.
4. Turn on the device by opera�ng the control panel (Refer to controller instruc�ons below).

Press this bu�on to turn on or off the machine;
Turn on the machine and it will automa�cally work with default se�ngs, that is high
level heat + A �mer of 1 hour to auto shut off)
Con�nuously press to cycle through High Heat (Red light),Low Heat (Green
light) and turn off the hea�ng.

The default �mer for heat is 1 hour; A�er the heat is turned on,
Press this bu�on to switch the �mer between 1h(Green light)/2h(Yellow light)/
4h(Red light) ; The corresponding indicator will light up.

Vibra�on Mode Bu�on:
A�er the device is turn on, press this bu�on to ac�vate the vibra�on massage
and enter the default vibra�on Mode 1. Pressing the bu�on again will
switch the vibra�on mode in a cycle of mode1 (green light), mode2 (yellow light),
mode3 (red light) and off. The �mer for Vibra�on massage is 15 minutes, the
vibra�on func�on will be automa�cally turned off a�er the �mer runs out.
When not in use
i:Turn off the device by pressing the Power/Heat bu�on on the control panel.
ii: Remove the plug from the power supply socket.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Device may have been in use for 1 hour.
Auto-shutoff func�on ac�vated. Con�nue using by
pressing the ‘Power’ bu�on a�er res�ng the unit for
15 minutes.
Over-heat protec�on func�on ac�vated. Device is
switched off for your safety. Please rest device for
15-30 minutes before restar�ng.
Device fails to start.
Check if device has been used for more than 1 hour.
If so, let device rest for 15 minutes before con�nuing.
Device may require longer �me to cool in warmer
environments.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%–5% mild detergent solu�on.

Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
3.
Wipe the areas with a so�, dry cloth.

Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.

Always unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch the power plug with wet hands.

Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.

Wipe the unit with a so�, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind of chemical
or alcohol and solvent liquids.

Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.

Place the device in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or
pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.

warranty as below.

Order numbers from online purchases made through Snailax official store (www.snailax.com)
or Snailax's direct-authorized resellers, currently only at Amazon/eBay/Walmart. For product(s)
obtained from other Channels, please contact the customer service of the Channel directly for
appropriate solu�on.

Snailax warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under
normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date, except as noted below.
Snailax products can be repaired or replaced within warranty period or returned for refund
within 90 days if the products break down in the period of proper use.
The warranty extends only to consumers, NOT to any retailers or resellers. This warranty is
effec�ve only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is
