Troubleshooting Steps
A. Applicable environment: The product is applicable to rooms of 10-15 ㎡, and the humidity is at least
80% above, so that the product can operate effectively. If the buyer uses the product under other
conditions, the most effective working efficiency may not be achieved in a short time.
B. If the door and window of the room are opened when the buyer uses the dehumidifier, the
dehumidifier may be difficult to reduce the humidity in a short time, but may increase the humidity in
the room.
C. If the product operates in the applicable environment, the highest efficiency can be achieved by
collecting 300ml of water every day. Therefore, if the buyer only allows the machine to operate for too
short a time, it may not see the results of the dehumidifier operation, and it may be mistaken for not
working.
Stopped working/automatically closed/unable to start
In our machine design, if the water tank is full, it will automatically power off for protection. The water
tank needs to be emptied. It is better to dry it in the sun and then plug it in again to avoid power
problems caused by the wet machine;
In addition, if the machine is excessively collided during transportation, it may lead to damage of the
machine body and failure to use normally. If the buyer accidentally drops the dehumidifier and other
serious damages after receiving the goods, it may also lead to failure to continue to use. More, our
machine should use our matching special plug, which has a suitable voltage and current range. If other
power lines are used or some buyers' home circuits are not suitable, our machine will not work, and
even have potential safety hazards.
