Waffle Maker Tips
• Most wafe recipes can be poured
directly onto Nonstick Wafe Grids.
Use a cooking spray for dessert
wafes or any recipe with a lot of
sugar. If your wafes start to stick,
Grids may need to be scrubbed
with a nylon brush to remove any
cooked-on food particles.
• Wafes can be made ahead of time
and kept warm in a 200°F (90°C)
oven.
• To store wafes, let cool and then
pack in an airtight container. Store
in refrigerator or freezer. Wafes can
be reheated in a microwave oven,
a toaster oven, a toaster, or a regular
oven.
• Most wafes are done in about
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes. Check for
doneness when steaming begins to
stop. If Cover doesn’t lift easily, let
wafe cook a minute more before
checking again.
