1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this seat.
9 Locate seat in a suitable working area.
WARNING! Use the seat on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
9 Keep the seat clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop practice.
8 DO NOT use the seat for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
8 DO NOT stand on the seat.
8 DO NOT use the seat outdoors.
8 DO NOT get the seat wet or use in damp or wet locations or areas where there is condensation.
8 DO NOT clean the seat with any solvents which may damage the paint surface or the protective coating on the padded seat.
8 DO NOT exceed maximum capacity of 136kg.
2. INTRODUCTION
Mobile utility seat, toolbox solution for keeping commonly used tools to hand. Features two folding side trays for storing nuts and bolts during
use. Twin can capacity drinks holder and screwdriver storage rack on the rear. Four Ø60mm oil resistant swivel castors for easy manoeuvrability.
Thick vinyl padded seat for added comfort. Suitable for the professional workshop.

4. ASSEMBLY
Refer to Parts Diagram and g.1
4.1. Carefully unpack contents. Seat (1), support tube (2) and
support frame (25) are pre-assembled.
4.2. Rest seat (1), support tube (2) and support frame (25) ,
upside down in order to complete assembly. Use packaging to
protect the seat.
4.3. FIT TRAYS
4.3.1. Fit trays onto the ends of the support tubes (2). Ensure trays are
orientated to hinge upwards.
4.3.2. Note the position of shorter screws (10). Longer screws (8) are
used to secure the connection plates (11) through the
support tubes (2) and trays (14).
4.3.3. Securewithatwasher(6)anddomednut(5).Leavenutslooseuntilassemblyhasbeencompletedthentightensecurely.
4.4. FIT CASTORS (9).
4.4.1. Secure with castor nut (17).
4.5. FIT TWIN CAN HOLDER/STORAGE RACK
4.5.1. Carefully turn seat correct way up.
4.5.2. Use bolt (22) to attach to rear of seat.
