13. POSITION PAD ON TOP OF, AND NOT UNDERNEATH, THE BODY. HEAT LEVEL MAY INCREASE
WHEN HEAT IS TRAPPED.
14. NEVER USE PAD WITH LINIMENTS, OINTMENTS OR SALVES, ESPECIALLY THOSE CONTAINING
HEAT-PRODUCING INGREDIENTS, AS SKIN BURNS COULD RESULT.
15. NEVER PULL THIS PAD BY THE SUPPLY CORD.
16. NEVER UNPLUG PAD FROM ELECTRICAL OUTLET WITH A WET HAND.
17. UNPLUG WHEN NOT IN USE.
18. DO NOT USE THE CORD AS A HANDLE.
19. CAREFULLY EXAMINE THE INNER VINYL PAD BEFORE EACH USE. DISCARD THE PRODUCT IF
THE INNER VINYL PAD SHOWS ANY SIGN OF DETERIORATION.
20. DO NOT BEND OR PINCH THE CORD AND DO NOT USE THIS PAD IF IT HAS A DAMAGED
POWER CORD OR PLUG, IF IT MALFUNCTIONS, HAS BEEN DROPPED, OR IS DAMAGED.
THIS PAD HAS NO USER-SERVICEABLE PARTS. IF FOR ANY REASON THIS PAD DOES NOT
FUNCTION SATISFACTORILY, SEE WARRANTY FOR SERVICE INFORMATION.

• For your own safety we equip the device with a protec�on against over-hea�ng.
The device will switch off automa�cally and will only allow switching on again a�er
an appropriate down�me.
• The device will automa�cally turn off a�er the set �mer runs out.
• Do not setup or use the device in a bathroom or similary wet / damp areas.

1.Press the "Power bu�on" to turn on the device, the default se�ng is the �mer of
30 minutes and the temperature at 45(113°F)
2.There are 6 levels of temperature adjustment between 35(95°F) -60(140°F).
Adjust the temperature by pressing "+" or "-" bu�on on the hand controller.
Press "+" or "-" bu�on each to adjust the temperature up/down 5.
3.There are 3 �mers in total, you can set the �mer between 35mins/45mins/60mins.
Note:
i: The default �mer is 30 minutes;
A�er se�ng the �mer, the countdown starts automa�cally, and the remaining
�me is displayed on the screen.
ii: If there is no opera�on within 3 seconds on the "+" or "-"bu�on, the display will
return to be the �me countdown state, and the indicators for the "+" or "-"bu�on
will turn off, while the "Timer" bu�on indicator light will remain on.Later press
�mer or temperature +/- bu�on to display the current �me or temperature,press
again to adjust the �me or temperature.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.

Always unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch the power plug with wet hands.

or alcohol and solvent liquids.
Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.

Place machine in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or
pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.

warranty as below.

Order numbers from online purchases made through Snailax official store (www.snailax.com)
or Snailax's direct-authorized resellers, currently only at Amazon/eBay/Walmart. For product(s)
obtained from other Channels, please contact the customer service of the Channel directly for
appropriate solu�on.
Warranty Claim Procedures:

Snailax warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under
normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date, except as noted below.
Snailax products can be repaired or replaced within warranty period or returned for refund
within 90 days if the products break down in the period of proper use.
The warranty extends only to consumers, NOT to any retailers or resellers. This warranty is
effec�ve only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is
purchased. Warranty claims for product defects, unless extended warranty is registered,
