1. SAFETY
IMPORTANT! These instructions are provided as a guide only. Always refer to the vehicle manufacturer’s service instructions.
WARNING! Disconnect the 12V power before bleeding the brake system.
9 It is recommended to perform a leak test to ensure if the adaptor is tightly and securely connected on the reservoir.
9 Keep this product in good working order and condition, take immediate action to repair or replace damaged parts.
9 Use approved parts only. Unapproved parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
9 Keep work area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials.
9 Ensure the work area has adequate lighting.
8 DO NOT use the kit to perform a task for which it is not designed.
8 DO NOT allow untrained persons to use the kit.
8 DO NOT use when tired or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or intoxicating medication.
9 After use, clean equipment and store in a cool, dry, childproof area.
9 Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.
9 Always read and comply with the warnings on the brake uid container.
9 Wear eye protection and keep skin contact to a minimum. If brake uid enters eyes rinse with plenty of water and seek medical
advice. If swallowed seek medical advice immediately.
WARNING! Only use new Brake Fluid, used Brake Fluid or other uids will contaminate the system and possible brake system
failure may result.
WARNING! DO NOT pollute the environment by allowing uncontrolled discharge of uids.
WARNING! Brake uid is ammable - keep away from sources of ignition, including hot surfaces e.g. exhaust manifold.
WARNING! Brake uid will damage paintwork. Any spillage should be ushed with water immediately.
2. INTRODUCTION
Brake reservoir bleed caps specially designed for use on Tesla vehicles. Aluminium made adaptor suitable for pressure bleeding works that require
up to 2.5 bar / 36 psi pressure. Heavy duty adaptor set for Tesla Model S & X and 3 & Y. Compatible with Sealey brake bleeders VS0204, VS0204A,
VS0207, VS0204A, VS820 & VS821.

4. OPERATION
4.1. Disconnect the 12-volt power before bleeding the brake system.
4.2. Remove the master cylinder reservoir cap.
4.3. Find a suitable adaptor to connect on the reservoir.
4.4. Connect the pressure bleeding tool or machine to the adaptor.
4.5. The pressure bleeder should be set at 36 psi / 2.5 bar.
4.6. Follow the instructions as specied by the pressure bleeding tool and Tesla service manual.
4.7. It is recommended to perform a leak test to ensure if the adaptor is tightly and securely connected on the reservoir.
4.8. Locate the master cylinder reservoir (g.1).
4.9. Remove the reservoir cap (g.2)
4.10. Insert the adaptor into the ller neck (g.3).
4.11. Close the adaptor arms (g.4)
4.12. Turn the top cover to fasten (g.5)
4.13. Ensure the adaptor is fully engaged (g.6).
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. Ensure that the unit is de-pressurized before carrying out any maintenance and drain all fluids from the fluid supply tube.
5.2. Clean up any spilled brake fluid and wipe down with a clean cloth.
5.3. Store in a clean, dry and childproof location.

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
