1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general. Workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this rack.
9 Locate rack in a suitable work area.
9 Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
WARNING! Use rack on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
9 Keep the rack clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop practice.
8 DO NOT use the rack for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area
2. INTRODUCTION
Powder coated steel racking with composite storage bins positioned evenly on both sides. Mounted on heavy-duty castors (two
lockable) for mobility.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. Attach castors x 4 to the underside of the bottom deck.
4.2. Attach upright supports (1) to bottom deck.
4.3. Connect brace supports (2) to upright supports (1) and bottom deck.
4.4. Attach top (3) to uprights (1).
4.5. Attach cross braces x 7 (only 4 shown on diagram) to the upright support brackets (4).
NOTE Ensure all centre support holes on the cross braces are in alignment with each other.
4.6. Attach centre support (5) to cross braces.
4.7. Ensure all xings are secure.
