1. SAFETY
1.1. GENERAL SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general
workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this
storage system.
Locate the storage system in a suitable work area.
Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure that there is
adequate lighting.
WARNING! Use the storage system on level and solid ground,
preferably concrete.
Keep the unit clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop
practice.
DO NOT use for any purpose other than that for which it is
designed.
Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
2. SPECIFICATION
3. ASSEMBLY
3.1. Attach the 4 castors to the underside of the bottom deck (2 of
which are lockable).
NOTE: the bottom deck is positioned with the outside lip facing
upwards.
3.2. Attach bottom uprights to bottom deck.
3.3. Connect 4 struts between bottom uprights and bottom deck.
3.4. Attach upright joint brackets to top of bottom uprights and
then attach top uprights to these brackets.
3.5. Attach top brace to top uprights.
3.6. Attach the 10 bin mounting cross braces to the brackets on the
bottom and top uprights.
3.7. Attach the 3 extra cross bracings below each of the bottom 3
bin mounting cross braces.
NOTE! Ensure all centre support holes on the cross braces are in
alignment with each other.
3.8. Attach the 2 centre supports in position as shown.
3.9. Attaching handle to top upright.
3.10. Ensure everything is square and that all fixings are secure.
3.11. Hook bins onto frame into position as shown in fig.1.
