#1 How many passcodes and fingerprints can the smonet Smart Lock store?

Up to 300 different passcodes and 250 fingerprints.

#2 How long does the battery last？How to unlock Smart Deadbolt Lock when the battery dies?

Roughly 12 months depending on usage. You'll get a notification when the battery is low. If the battery dies, you can power it up via the port on the bottom of the exterior lock.

#3 What temperatures can the Smonet Smart Lock stay?

The exterior assembly can handle temperatures within the range of 22℉ to 158℉ . We do not recommend using the Smart Lock outside of these conditions.

#4 Whats the requirement for installation?

Please check the Compatibility infographic above for specific requirement. Dimensions required: Crossbore center to the top of handleset greater than 40 mm; Door thickness: 38 mm 48 mm. NOT Compatible with Mortise Lock.
