TheapplicationAXISVideoMotionDetectionisincludedinthisproduct.AXISVideoMotionDetectionisanapplicationthatdetects
movingobjectsinthecamera’seldofview.Whenamovingobjectisdetected,AXISVideoMotionDetectionsendsanalarmthatcan
beusedbyAxisnetworkcamerasandvideoencoders,andbythird-partysoftware,to,forexample,recordvideoorsendanotication.
Itispossibletosetupincludeandexcludeareastodenethepartsofthesceneinwhichmovingobjectsshouldbedetected.
Ignorelterscanbeusedtoavoiddetectingobjectssuchasshadowsofswayingtrees,lightsfrompassingcarsandsmallanimals
regardlessofwhereinthescenetheobjectsappear.
Toavoiddetectingunwantedobjects,theapplicationshouldbecongured.Duringconguration,visualconrmationcanbeused
tohelpunderstandtheeffectofthedifferentlters.Whenvisualconrmationisenabled,theapplicationhighlightsdetected
andignoredobjects.
