detailed here must be fully understood and

explosion, electrical hazard, and/or property

Safety information presented here is generic
in nature – some advice may not be
applicable to every product. The term
"equipment" refers to the product, be it
electrical mains powered, battery powered or
combustion engine powered.
• Before Use - If you are not familiar with the
safe operation/handling of the equipment or
are in any way unsure of any aspect of
suitability or correct use for your
application, you should complete training
conducted by a person or organization
qualified in safe use and operation of this
equipment, including fuel/electrical handling
and safety.
• Do NOT operate the equipment in
flammable or explosive environments, such
as in the presence of flammable liquids,
gases, or dust. The equipment may create
sparks or heat that may ignite flammable
substances.
• Keep clear of moving parts.
• Equipment may be a potential source of
electric shock or injury if misused.
• Do NOT operate the equipment if it is
damaged, malfunctioning or is in an
excessively worn state.
• Do NOT allow others to use the equipment
unless they have read this manual and are
adequately trained.
• Keep packaging away from children - risk
of suffocation! Operators must use the
equipment correctly. When using the
equipment, consider conditions and pay
due care to persons and property.
General Work Area Safety
• Work areas should be clean and well it.
• Do not operate the equipment if
bystanders, animals etc are within
operating range of the equipment or the
general work area.
• If devices are provided for connecting dust
extraction / collection facilities, ensure
these are connected and used properly.
Dust collection can reduce dust-related
hazards.
General Personal Safety
• Wear appropriate protective equipment
when operating, servicing, or when in the
operating area of the equipment to help
protect from eye and ear injury, poisoning,
burns, cutting and crush injuries. Protective
equipment such as safety goggles,
respirators, non-slip safety footwear, hard
hat, hearing protection etc should be used
for appropriate equipment / conditions.
Other people nearby should also wear
appropriate personal protective equipment.
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery,
which can be caught in moving parts. Keep
hair and clothing away from the equipment.
• Stay alert and use common sense when
operating the equipment. Do not over-
reach. Always maintain secure footing and
balance.
• Do not use the equipment if tired or under
the influence of drugs, alcohol, or
medication.
• This equipment is not intended for use by
persons with reduced physical, sensory, or
mental capabilities.
General Fuel Safety
• Petrol/fuel/gasoline is extremely flammable
– keep clear of naked flames or other
ignition sources.
• Do not spill fuel. If you spill fuel, wipe it off
the equipment immediately – if fuel gets on
your clothing, change clothing.
• Do NOT smoke near fuel or when
refuelling.
• Always shut off the engine before
refuelling.
• Do NOT refuel a hot engine.
• Open the fuel cap carefully to allow any
pressure build-up in the tank to release
slowly.
• Always refuel in well ventilated areas.
• Always check for fuel leakage. If fuel
leakage is found, do not start, or run the
engine until all leaks are fixed.
General Carbon-Monoxide Safety
• Using a combustion engine indoors CAN
KILL IN MINUTES. Engine exhaust
contains carbon-monoxide – a poison you
cannot smell or see.
• Use combustion engines OUTSIDE only,
and far away from windows, doors, and
vents.
General Equipment Use and Care
• The equipment is designed for domestic
use only.
• Handle the equipment safely and carefully.
• Before use, inspect the equipment for
misalignment or binding of moving parts,
loose components, damage, or any other
condition that may affect its operation. If
damaged, have the equipment repaired by
an authorised service centre or technician
before use.
• Prevent unintentional starting of the
equipment - ensure equipment and power
switches are in the OFF position before
connecting or moving equipment. Do not
carry equipment with hands or fingers
touching any controls. Remove any tools or
other items that are not a part of the
equipment from it before starting or
switching on.
• Do not force the equipment. Use the
correct equipment for your application.
Equipment will perform better and be safer
when used within its design and usage
parameters.
• Use the equipment and accessories etc. in
accordance with these instructions,
considering working conditions and the
work to be performed. Using the equipment
for operations different from those intended
could result in hazardous situations.
• Always keep equipment components
(engines, hoses, handles, controls, frames,
housings, guards etc) and accessories
(cutting tools, nozzles, bits etc) properly
maintained. Keep the equipment clean and,
where applicable, properly lubricated.
• Store the equipment out of reach of
children or untrained persons. To avoid
burns or fire hazards, let the equipment
cool completely before transporting or
storing. Never place or store the equipment
near flammable materials, combustible
gases, or liquids etc.
• The equipment is not weather-proof, and
should not be stored in direct sunlight, at
high ambient temperatures or locations that
are damp or humid.
• Do not clean equipment with solvents,
flammable liquids, or harsh abrasives.

General Electrical Safety
• Inspect electrical equipment, extension
cords, power bars, and electrical fittings for
damage or wear before each use. Repair or
replace damaged equipment immediately.
• Ensure all power sources conform to
equipment voltage requirements and are
disconnected before connecting or
disconnecting equipment.
• When wiring electrically powered
equipment, follow all electrical and safety
codes.
• Wherever possible, use a residual current
device (RCD).
• High voltage / high current power lines may
be present. Use extreme caution to avoid
contact or interference with power lines.
Electrical shock can be fatal.
General Electrical Safety
• Electrically grounded equipment must have
an approved cord and plug and be
connected to a grounded electrical outlet.
• Do NOT bypass the ON/OFF switch and
operate equipment by connecting and
disconnecting the electrical cord.
• Do NOT use equipment that has exposed
wiring, damaged switches, covers or
guards.
• Do NOT use electrical equipment in wet
conditions or in damp locations.
• Do NOT use electrical cords to lift, move or
carry equipment.
• Do NOT coil or knot electrical cords, and
ensure electrical cords are not trip hazards.
General Service Information
• The equipment must be serviced or
repaired at authorised service centres by
qualified personnel only.
• Replacement parts must be original
equipment manufacturer (OEM) to ensure
equipment safety is maintained.
• Do NOT attempt any maintenance or repair
work not described in this manual.
• After use, the equipment and components
may still be hot – allow the equipment to
cool and disconnect spark plugs and/or
electrical power sources and/or batteries
from it before adjusting, changing
accessories, or performing repair or
maintenance.
• Do NOT adjust while the equipment is
running.
• Perform service-related activities in suitable
conditions, such as a workshop.
• Replace worn, damaged or missing
warning/safety labels immediately.
Child Choking Hazard!
• WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - CHILDREN UNDER 8 YRS. CAN CHOKE OR SUFFOCATE ON SMALL PARTS. ADULT
SUPERVISION REQUIRED.
• Carefully inspect anything a baby or child could gain access to, including this product & packaging.
• Dangers include anything of a size that could become stuck or lodged in a baby or child's airway.
• Dangers include things like raw, hard fruit and vegetable pieces, large pieces of meat, bones or sausage skins, popcorn, nuts,
hard lollies and corn chips, small magnets and batteries, coins, beads, marbles and small uninflated balloons, broken toys and smaller toys,
buttons, keys, and coins. But there are also many more.
• Pay particular attention to accessories, nuts, bolts, screws, washers, caps, covers, loose parts, parts that could be removed or break off, pieces
of packaging, staples, tape etc.
• In the case of any doubt, secure the item of concern in an appropriate manner, or completely remove the possibility of access by a baby or child.
General Power Tool Safety Warnings
• WARNING READ ALL SAFETY WARNINGS AND ALL INSTRUCTIONS. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS
MAY RESULT IN ELECTRIC SHOCK, FIRE AND/OR SERIOUS INJURY.
• Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
• The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
Work area safety
• Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks
which may ignite the dust or fumes.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
Electrical safety
• Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools.
Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
• Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
• Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
• Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling, or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
• When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of
electric shock.
• If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the
risk of electric shock.
Personal safety
• Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under
the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
• Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or
hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.

• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before connecting to power source and/or battery pack, picking up or
carrying the tool.
• Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or energising power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
• Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may
result in personal injury.
• Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
• Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or
long hair can be caught in moving parts.
• If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of dust
collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
Power tool use and care
• Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for
which it was designed.
• Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must
be repaired.
• Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or
storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
• Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the
power tool.
• Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
• Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power
tool’s operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
• Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
• Use the power tool, accessories, and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, considering the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
Service
• Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power
tool is maintained.
Diamond Core Drill Safety Warnings
• Use auxiliary handles supplied with the tool. Loss of control can cause personal injury.
• Consider work area environment: Don’t use diamond core drill in damp or wet locations. Don’t expose diamond core drill to rain. Keep work area
well-lit. In particular no inflammable liquids or gases must be present. The series motor produce sparks during normal rotating, the sparks may
cause the risk of fire.
• Grounding of class I tools is necessary while in use to protect you from electric shock, class I tools is equipped with an approved three-conductor
cord and three-prong grounding-type plug, the green/yellow conductor in the cord is the grounding wire, one end of wire is in the grounding sign
of tool outer shell, the other end of wire is connected with the ground wire of plug. Never connect the green/yellow wire to a live terminal.
• WARNING: THE SOCKET MUST FITTED WITH GROUNDING, DON’T INSERT CLASS I TOOLS INTO THE SOCKET WITHOUT
GROUNDING.
• Use extension cords when tool is used outdoors or indoors, use special extension wire board. Use only three-conductor cord and with reliable
grounding.
• Take care of downward direction in the high position, safety belt and safety cap etc are recommended.
• In order to avoid unintentional electric shock, please check the grounding condition of electrified body in working area before operating, it is not
allowed to operate the tool under the uncertain condition, once the drill bit touched the electrified body in the wall, floorboard or baseboard, the
electrified outer shell of drill may cause personal injuries.
• The safety equipment is recommended when drilling on high the ceiling to avoid the drill core injuring the persons downstairs or damaging the
property downstairs.
• Connecting the soft pipe with the inner diameterΦ16mm to the adaptor of the valve.
• Please make sure that there is no leak of water in order that it will not damp the motor when you use the liquid and the attachments.
• Usually inspect the hoses and other critical parts of the tool which could deteriorate; When appear of leak of water from the testing hole of the
gear box, must turn off the tool immediately then replacing the rubber seal.
• The maximum permitted pressure of the liquid supply is 0.12MPa.
• WARNING: NEVER TO USE THE TOOL WITHOUT THE RCD PROVIDED.
• You have to test the correct operation of the RCD before starting work: the red light will be on after pressing the button “RESET”; and the light will
be off after pressing the button “TEST”; you can only to operate the tool when the RCD can work correctly.
• Replacement of the plug or the supply cord shall always be carried out by the manufacturer or an authorised service centre.
• Keep liquid clear off the parts of the tool and away from persons in the working area in order that the water cannot enter into the electronic
equipment of the tool and keep your safety. It must be using catchment set when the machine working with elevation.
Core Drill Stand Safety Warnings
• Properly assemble the core drill stand before mounting the power tool. Proper assembly is important to prevent risk of collapse.
• Securely fasten the power tool to the core drill stand before use. Power tool shifting on the core drill stand can cause loss of control.

• Place the core drill stand on a solid, flat and level surface. When the core drill stand can shift or rock, the power tool or workpiece cannot be
steadily and safely controlled.

Assembly – Core Drill
WARNING! Ensure the tool has been switched off and disconnected from the power supply and
completely stopped before performing any of the following operations.
Fitting the Side Handle
The side handle should be assembled to the diamond core drill prior to use. This is done by screwing the
threaded end of the handle firmly (fig. 1) in to either side of the gear housing, or alternatively top side handle
mount. Choose the most appropriate position considering user comfort (preferred hand) and the task at hand.
WARNING! Always use the core drill with the side handle properly assembled.

Shoulder Support
Use the shoulder support when you wish to apply extra pressure to the drilling operation.
1. To fit the shoulder support, first remove the shoulder support pad on the rear of the shoulder support.
2. Using the four shoulder support screws fit shoulder support in the rear of the core drill with supplied
screwdriver (fig. 2).
3. Re-attached the shoulder support pad after securely tighten the four screws.
WARNING! Always use the core drill with the shoulder support fully assembled and securely fitted.

Fitting the Feed Handle
The feed handle can be fitted on either side of the core drill stand.
1. Fit the feed handle onto the carriage (fig. 1). 2. Securely tighten with supplied hex key (fig. 2).

Set-Up & Preparation – Core Drill
Mounting and Removing a Diamond Core Drill Bit
WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury, turn power off and disconnect the drill from the power source
before installing and removing accessories, before adjusting or changing set- ups or when making
repairs. Be sure the variable speed trigger is in the off position. An accidental start-up can cause injury.
This tool uses threaded core bits and adaptors which thread directly onto the spindle.
1. Choose the appropriate core bit for the size of the hole.
2. Follow the core bit or manufacturer’s recommendations for mounting the bit. You may require an adaptor to
fit the bit onto the spindle. The thread of the bit or adaptor must match the thread of the spindle.
3. Smear the end thread with grease (not included) (fig. 3).
4. Hold the spindle using a wrench (not included) over the spindle flats and tighten the core bit with a second
wrench (fig. 4).

1. Run water through garden hose to remove any foreign matter before attaching to the diamond core drill (fig.
5).
2. Set the water supply on/off tap to the off position (fig. 6).
3. Connect garden hose (min. I/D ؽ”) to the snap-on hose coupler (fig. 7).
Note: The maximum permitted pressure of the water supply is 17 psi.
4. The water tap and/or the water supply on/off tap is used to regulate the flow of water. The flow of water
should be regulated to a steady stream.
WARNING! Use core drill only horizontally or vertically downwards. Do not drill vertically upwards. Keep
water away from the motor to prevent an electrical short circuit.

Variable Speed Trigger
1. To start operation, squeeze the variable speed trigger (fig. 8).
Note: The more the variable speed trigger is depressed, the faster the diamond core bit will rotate. If
the variable speed trigger does not switch on the core drill, refer to Electric shock protection section.
2. To stop operation, fully release the variable speed trigger.
Lock-On Button
The lock-on button allows the tool to continue operating without holding the variable speed trigger.
1. For continuous operation, fully press and hold in the variable speed trigger (fig. 9).
2. Press the lock-on button and then the variable speed trigger can be released while the tool continues to
operate (fig. 10).
3. To stop the operation, squeeze and release the variable speed trigger.

Electric Shock Protection
The power cord of the core drill includes a Residual Current Device (RCD), which protects the user against
electric shock by interrupting the circuit when a leakage current of 10 mA or greater is detected.
WARNING! Do not use the machine if the RCD does not function properly. For the RCD to work, the
machine must be connected to an earthed power supply. Always test the RCD before every operation.
1. If the variable speed trigger does not switch on the core drill, press the RESET on the RCD.
2. The LED on the RCD should light up confirming power is connected to the core drill (fig. 11).
3. You can test the RCD by pressing the TEST whilst the core drill is running. The power circuit should be
broken, and the core drill will stop operation.
WARNING! If in the test mode the switch does not break the circuit, DO NOT USE THE CORE DRILL.
Never use the RCD as a mains switch.

Thermal Protection
After the machine has worked in overload for a period, a thermal protection circuit shuts off the machine to
protect the motor. If this occurs, always remove from the workpiece. The machine will again be operational after
the thermal protection has cooled down. The time of cooling down depends on the heat of the motor and the
ambient temperature.
1. Press the reset button to reset the thermal protection circuit once the core drill has cooled down sufficiently
(fig. 12).
Safety Clutch
The core drill is fitted with a mechanical friction clutch (safety clutch) to reduce kickback. If the diamond core bit
touches the reinforcing steel bar when drilling in reinforced concrete, or the motor is otherwise suddenly
overloaded, the core drill may start to vibrate. REDUCE THE PRESSURE OF DRILLING IMMEDIATELY.
If the diamond core bit catches and jams, the safety clutch will slip to protect the operator. If this happens, switch
off the drill and remove it from the power supply.
The mechanical clutch reduces kickback therefore following pro-longed and continuous jamming of the bit during
use it will become worn and slip at lower torque levels. When this happens, the clutch may need servicing.

WARNING! Hold the core drill tightly with both hands to counteract the torque reaction force when the
bit begins to turn. Be aware of the location of pipe work and wiring. When the bit grabs, the machine will
always twist in the counterclockwise direction. If you are drilling into the floor, make sure that the side
handle is in front of your left leg, never between your legs.
Core Drilling Tips
•
After tightening the diamond core bit connect the core drill to the power supply and lightly press the variable
speed trigger to check that the diamond core bit is rotating evenly.
•
Gently drill at a low speed until the core penetrates the surface approx. 5-10mm deep. If holding by hand,
start the cut by approaching at an angle of about 30 degrees to the cutting surface. (A large piece of wood
with a large V notch cut in it will help prevent the bit from wandering at the beginning). Once about a third of
the arc is cut, straighten the bit to the correct perpendicular angle while keeping enough feed pressure on
the bit to prevent it from wandering. If using a rig, use a very light feed pressure to prevent the bit from
wandering until the bit is fully penetrated into the cut.
WARNING! If the bit gets stuck, do not try to rock it loose by turning the variable speed trigger on
and off. That is hazardous and could damage the motor. Rather, unplug the machine and use a
wrench on the bit mounting to work it loose.
•
Reduce the drill speed just prior to the core bit breaks through the workpiece, the bit will be very liable to get
stuck. When breaking through, hold the machine tightly and reduce feed pressure.
WARNING! Keep the motor air vents free of dust to maintain ventilation and proper cooling of the
motor.
•
It is recommended that a lower speed should be used when drilling with larger core bits.
•
After shutting down and switching off the power supply, remove the core bit.
•
Clean core bit with clean with water after use.

Set-Up & Preparation – Stand
Fastening The Base
WARNING! It is essential to secure the base to the work surface to reduce the risk of injury and to
protect the core drill from damage. An unsecured core drill and stand could rotate during drilling, cause
the core bit to chatter against the work surface or bind in the hole, which can fracture the diamond
segments.
NOTE: The anchor bolt is not included, it’s not necessary but you can use one if needed.
Place the core drill stand on a solid, flat, and level surface
before mounting the core drill. When the core drill stand
can shift or rock, the power tool or workpiece cannot be
steadily and safely controlled.
The anchor sleeve (not included) is usually suitable for
fastening core drilling equipment to uncracked concrete.
Under certain conditions it may be necessary to use an
alternative fastening method.
1. To set the anchor sleeve, use an 16mm drill bit (not
supplied) suitable for concrete to drill the pilot hole.
Drill the pilot hole 50mm deep at 240mm from the
centre of the hole to be drilled.
2. Clear out as much concrete dust as possible and fit
the anchor sleeve inside the pilot hole.
3. Screw the anchor bolt into the anchor sleeve.
4. Place the slot in the base over the anchor bolt and
align the core drill stand.
5. Always be sure to level the base using the levelling
bolts at each corner of the base so that the core drill
bit contacts the workpiece squarely and cuts straight.
6. Place the large washer and screw the clamping nut
onto the anchor bolt.
7. Use a suitable open-end spanner (not included) to
tighten the clamping nut firmly. Take care to ensure
that the levelling bolts make firm contact with the
underlying surface.
Mounting the Core Drill
WARNING! Please read these mounting instructions in conjunction with the instruction manual for the
Core Drill.
WARNING! Ensure the power tool has been switched off and disconnected from the power supply and
completely stopped before performing any of the following operations.
WARNING! Securely fasten the power tool to the core drill stand before use. Power tool shifting on the
core drill stand can cause loss of control.
1. Remove the side handle on the core drill.
2. Tighten the carriage lock to prevent the carriage from moving when installing the core drill (fig. 4).

3. Using a hex key remove part of the collar (fig. 4).
4. Mount the core drill onto the drill stand, re-attach the removed part of the collar around the core drill gear
housing and tighten using the hex key (fig. 5).

Operation
1. Before drilling, do a test run without load to ensure the position is correct.
2. Loosen the carriage lock and lower the core drill by turning the feed handle.
3. Rotate the feed handle in the opposite direction to raise the core drill.
4. If the position is correct, then operate the core drill as per the core drill instructions.
Removing the Core Drill
WARNING! Ensure the power tool has been switched off and disconnected from the power supply and
completely stopped before performing any of the following operations.
1. Close the water supply tap and disconnect the water supply from the core drill.
2. Tighten the carriage lock to prevent the carriage from moving when removing the core drill.
3. Using a hex key remove part of the collar and remove the core drill.
4. Re-attach the removed part of the collar for safe storage.

Maintenance
WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury, turn unit off and disconnect machine from power source before
installing and removing accessories, before adjusting or changing set-ups or when making repairs. Be
sure the trigger switch is in the OFF position. An accidental start-up can cause injury.
•
Regularly take the tool to an authorized repair agent for inspection. This includes checking the carbon
brushes.
•
This unit is fitted with a mechanical clutch to reduce kickback therefore following pro-longed and continuous
jamming of the bit during use the clutch may need servicing.
•
Always keep the ventilation vents of the diamond core drill clean.
•
After each use, blow air through the diamond core drill
housing to ensure it is free from all dust particles
which may build up. Build-up of dust particles may
cause the diamond core drill to overheat and fail.
Wear approved eye protection and approved dust
mask when performing this procedure.
•
If the enclosure of the diamond core drill requires
cleaning, do not use solvents but a moist soft cloth
only. Never let any liquid get inside the diamond core
drill; never immerse any part of the diamond core drill
into a liquid.
•
Ensure the shoulder support with shoulder support
pad are fitted securely onto the diamond core drill.
Regularly check and tighten the four screws if
necessary (fig. 13).
•
Your power tool requires no additional lubrication.
Carbon brushes
When the carbon brushes wear out, the core drill will spark and/or stop. Discontinue use as soon as this
happens. They should be replaced prior to recommencing use of the core drill. Carbon brushes are a wearing
component of the core drill, therefore not covered under warranty. Continuing to use the core drill when the
carbon brushes need to be replaced may cause permanent damage to the tool. Carbon brushes will wear out
after many uses but when the carbon brushes need to be replaced, take the core drill to an electrician or a
qualified power tool repairer for a quick and low-cost replacement. Always replace both carbon brushes at the
same time.

Stand
•
After each use remove any dirt or debris by wiping down with a damp cloth and allow to dry.

Reapply grease on the gear rack as necessary.
