nance, and storage of this product. Before use, read and understand all
cautions, warnings, instructions and product labels. Failure to do so could

Thank you for purchasing the AstroAI 24L Portable Refrigerator. This portable
refrigerator has a large capacity and can be cooled using a vehicle’s 12 volt

Do not block the air outlet or fan areas, doing so may overheat the circuit and
cause damage to the cooler.
When plugging into a vehicle’s 12V socket, do not use while vehicle is off;
doing so may drain your vehicle’s battery.
Do not connect to 24V cigarette lighters on heavy-duty vehicles.
Disconnect this product to avoid any damages when it is not in use for extend-
ed periods of time.
Avoid any overload caused by extension cords or other devices; doing so may
cause fire or electric shock.
Turn off the power and disconnect the power plug to shut off the power
completely.
Do not bend, stretch or pull the power cord in case of electric shock.
Avoid using this product in areas with heavy amounts of dust or other air
contaminants that can clog the fan.
Do not operate the fridge in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas like a
vehicle’s trunk.
Do not sit on the cooler.
To ensure proper operation, ensure the lid is closed and sealed completely
before operating the fridge.
Keep this item away from corrosive liquids and fire; Children should operate
the device only under the guidance of adults.

Disconnect the plug completely before doing any maintenance.
Use a damp cloth and neutral cleaner to clean the exterior.
Make sure to only put contents into the fridge when it is dry on the inside.
Ensure the inside is completely dry before storing.
OPERATING TIPS
MAINTENANCE
To aid in keeping the contents of the refrigerator cool, put the included ice
pack into a freezer. The frozen pack will help keep contents cool, even when
the fridge is not turned on.
Putting already cool items in the fridge can make it achieve a lower tempera-
ture.
Refrigeration will be influenced by the surrounding temperature; hot environ-
ments may increase the lowest temperature the fridge can reach.
NOTE: ‘Surrounding temperature’ refers to the temperature of the air
surrounding the cooler. For example, if the surrounding temperature reaches
100°F, the lowest possible temperature this fridge can reach may increase
3-5°F.
This cooler can be used for heat preservation if not used as a refrigerator.
The insulated walls can keep hot or warm items from cooling off.
To use with a wall outlet, use an AC to DC converter. The output voltage of
the converter should be DC 12V, and the rated power should be higher than
that of the device.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Water forming during refrigeration is normal, you may notice
some water
form on the inside of the cooler. Simply wipe the water away
after use.
Do not use this device to refrigerate hot items. Excessive
amounts of water
can form when refrigerating hot items.
Check if the fridge lid is closed completely and sealed to
create an insulated environment.
If the fan does not work, contact AstroAI
The lowest possible temperature depends on the surrounding
environment but will not be lower than 32F°（0°C）. The
fridge cannot freeze contents. The refrigeration will also be
influenced by the surrounding temperature. There will be
little influence if the surrounding temperature is below 95°F
(35°C). It is better to use the cooler with the included ice
pack under the suggested temperature.
Check if the fan runs, the fridge will work only if the fan runs.
Check if the 12V cigarette lighter socket has power; If not,
please re-plug the cigarette lighter.
Check the power cord to see if the power is on.
Check and make sure that the plug has a good contact with
the socket; Clear any dirt or other debris if necessary.
Make sure to start the vehicle engine first.
Make sure you are using 12V DC.

Open the cooler lid to place contents inside. The
lid can be completely removed easily for easier
access to contents. To replace the lid after it has
been removed,simply position the brackets back
into the appropriate slots.

Secure the lid in place by moving the cooler handle to
the hinge side of the lid. The handle should fasten the
lid more securely to the body of the cooler. If the cooler
falls over, the handle should prevent the lid from coming
off and the contents of the cooler from spilling out.
When the fridge is not in use, disconnect the power plug or turn
off the power to prevent the car battery from being drained.

Start your vehicle, place the fridge in a secure,
well-ventilated place, and insert the 12V Socket.
NOTE:When connected, please press the power
button "ON" to start the fridge. When the car engine is off or
the fridge is not in use, please press the power button "OFF"
to shut down the fridge in case the battery gets drained.

Place the divider in the cooler withthe narrow
side down to separate contents of the fridge.

After contents are placed in the cooler, replace and
close the lid. Make sure to close it all the way to
form a secure seal.
