What to do if...
Problem Possible cause Solution
Water drips onto the
shelf from under the door
during operation.
During operation, food
with a high moisture content
(such as frozen bread) may
create condensation that
slides down the inside of
the door and drips onto the
shelf.
If excessive water leaks
persist, contact your local
technical support centre.
The oven door is opened
frequently while the oven is
in use.
Reduce the number of times
the oven door is opened or
closed during cooking.
Possible problem with the
seal.
Contact your local technical
support centre.
The water reservoir
does not fit into the oven
compartment.
The water reservoir has not
been inserted the correct
way round.
Make sure that the water
reservoir is inserted the correct
way round and that the door
is closed.
One of the following error
codes appears on the
display:
Err1 / Err2 / Err3 / Err4
/ Err 5
Possible internal fault.
Contact your local technical
support centre.
