MATCH THE RANGEHOOD SIZE TO YOUR COOKTOP
It is important to make sure the rangehood is the correct size, the larger the surface area of your rangehood
the better extraction results, see diagram below.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
The height and position of the rangehood in relation to the cooktop can greatly aect eciency
and extraction. After extensive testing, Schweigen recommends the following:
TYPE OF COOKTOP MINIMUM HEIGHT OPTIMAL HEIGHT MAXIMUM HEIGHT
Electric 1200mm 1500mm 1800mm
Gas 1200mm 1500mm 1800mm
Heights above 1800mm will reduce the eectiveness of the air extraction rate.
