#1 How do I connect my air conditioner with my mobile phone?

Launch Dreo and sign in or create an account by following in app instructions.Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and plug in your air conditionerHold the Timer buttonTap +Add Device and select AC515S/AC516SFollow in app instructions to complete WiFi connection.You're now ready to control the appliance on your app.

#2 What are the differences between AC515S and AC516S?

The two air conditioners have the same functions, with only a difference in cooling capacity in cool mode.AC515S: 12,000 Btu/h AC516S: 14,000 Btu/h

#3 Are AC515S and AC516S Twincool/dual hose air conditioners?

No, they are single hose.

#4 Why isn't my Air Conditioner turning on?

1. Confirm that the unit is securely plugged into the outlet.2. Press the RESET button if the current device has tripped.3. If the room temperature is lower than the set target temperature in Cool Mode, reset the temperature accordingly.4. If you encounter the P1 protection code, it indicates that the water collection tray is full. Turn off your air conditioner, drain the water from the tray, and then restart the unit.

#5 Why isn't my Air Conditioner cooling effectively?

1. Ensure all windows and doors are tightly closed to prevent warm air from entering and cool air from escaping.2. Turn off the unit and clean the filter thoroughly.3. Restart the unit and lower the set temperature to provide a cooler airflow.4. Turn off the unit, disconnect the vent hose, check for blockage and reconnect the vent hose.

#6 Is this a heater as well?

No, this unit does not have a heating function.

#7 Why is the Air Conditioner making noise and vibrating?

1. Place the air conditioner on a flat, level surface.2. Turn off the unit and clean the filter. Note: It's normal that the unit makes a gurgling sound which is caused by the flow of refrigerant inside the unit.

#8 Can I put this in either a vertical or horizontal sliding window?

Yes, you can put the hose in a vertical or horizontal sliding window.

#9 What is the range of window openings?

Standard maximum and minimum window openings:MAXIMUM:53" MINIMUM: 18"

#10 Is draining required during the cooling process?

Condensation occurs during cooling, but it's minimal. The condensed water is directed to the condenser via a water pumping motor below, where it evaporates. Our system features patented auto drain or self evaporating technology, which automatically expels condensation when humidity levels are below 85%.

#11 What should I do if ice forms on the cooling coil behind the air outlet?

1. If indoor temperature is below 60°F , switch to FAN only mode.2. Check if the air filter is dirty. Clean the filter and switch the air conditioner to FAN only mode.

#12 Does this unit require a special wall outlet?

The appliance is for use on a nominal 120V circuit and should be connected to a grounding outlet.

#13 My remote control does not work. What should I do?

1. Install fresh batteries following the polarity guide inside the battery compartment.2. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit. Point the remote directly at the LED display screen of the device.3. Operate the remote control within a maximum distance of 26 feet from the unit, preferably at an angle of less than 45 degrees for optimal performance.

#16 Error codes E0/E1/E2 and Solution
