the heater, by your remote control, or by voice!

Cleaning and Storage
ATTENTION: Please shut off the unit and unplug from the mains before cleaning or
performing any maintenance.
Cleaning the surface
• Clean the heater with a duster or a soft wet cloth.
• Do not use chemical solvents (such as benzene, alcohol or gasoline) as they may
cause irreversible damage. Make sure no water enters the control panel or gaps in
the casing.
• Do not run the unit until completely dry.
• Place the heater in its original box or cover to protect it from dust when not in use.
• Store it in a cool dry place.

Say "Turn On" to control the function of the heater.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using this heater.
1. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If
provided, use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as
furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 9 feet (0.3 m) from the
front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
2. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and
whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
3. Always unplug heater when not in use.
4. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions,
has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard the heater or return to authorized
service facility for examination and/or repair.
5. Do not use outdoors.
6. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor
locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
7. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar
coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from
traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
8. To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
9. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this
may cause an electric shock or fire or damage the heater.
10. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not
use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
11. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where
gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.
12. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
13. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension
cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
14. Hyperthermia can result in death. Symptoms of hyperthermia include high body
temperature, headache, nausea, vomiting, tiredness, dizziness, fainting, and rapid
pulse. If you begin to experience symptoms related to hyperthermia, turn off the heater
and seek medical attentions.
15. To avoid excessive room temperatures which can cause hyperthermia: DO NOT leave
product running unattended in a confined space around infants, or individuals with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
16. This appliance is for indoor use only.
17. This unit must be only connected to a 120V / 60 Hz earthed outlet.
18. Installation must be in accordance with regulations of the country where the unit is used.
19. If you are in any doubt about the suitability of your electrical supply have it checked
and, if necessary, modified by a qualified electrician.
20. Disconnect the power from the unit before dismantling, assembling or cleaning.
21. Avoid touching any moving parts within the appliance.
22. Never insert fingers, pencils or any other objects through the guard.
23. This appliance can be used by Children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by
children.
24. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the
appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal
operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate, or clean the

25. Children under 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

30. Any service other than regular cleaning should be performed by an authorised
service representative. Failure to comply could result in a voided warranty.
31. Never use the plug as a switch to start and turn off the heater. Use the provided
power button located on the control panel.
32. Do not use an external timer.
33. Do not cover the air inlet or outlet, or place items close to the unit which may restrict
airflow, as this may present a fire risk.
34. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
35. Always place the unit on a dry and stable surface. Do not move or tilt the unit.
36. Avoid keeping the unit in direct sunlight for a long period of time.
37. The heater is designed to be used at temperatures above -20°C. If it is exposed to
temperatures below this, it must be allowed to warm above this level before operation.
38. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the appliance. This unit contains no
user-serviceable parts.
39. Always unplug or disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply when not
in use, or when moving or cleaning it. Do not pull the cord to unplug the heater.
40. Keep the heater clean. Do not allow any object to enter the ventilation or exhaust
opening as this may cause electric shock, fire, or damage to the heater.
41. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use. It is designed for
domestic indoor use only.

42. There may be a trace of odour during the first few minutes of initial use, or after a
period of storage. This is normal and will quickly disappear.

CONTROL PANEL AND SETTINGS
ON/OFF BUTTON
Used to turn the bladeless heater on and off.
SWING BUTTON
Press to turn the Swing function on and off.
TIMER BUTTON
Press repeatedly to increase the running time in 1 hour intervals. The timer can be set
between 1 hour and 12 hours. The display will show the duration currently set.
MODE BUTTON
Press to cycle through the three available modes: Fan, Low Heating, and High Heating.
TEMP BUTTON
Press repeatedly to increase the desired room temperature. After pressing
the temp
button the desired temperature will flash for 3 seconds, before the unit reverts to
showing the room temperature. When the desired temperature has been reached the
unit will change into fan mode.
LIGHT BUTTON
Press to change the ambient light between Off, blue, purple, and red.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using this heater.
1. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If
provided, use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as
furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 9 feet (0.3 m) from the
front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
2. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and
whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
3. Always unplug heater when not in use.
4. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions,
has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard the heater or return to authorized
service facility for examination and/or repair.
5. Do not use outdoors.
6. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor
locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
7. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar
coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from
traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
8. To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
9. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this
may cause an electric shock or fire or damage the heater.
10. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not
use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
11. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where
gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.
12. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
13. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension
cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
14. Hyperthermia can result in death. Symptoms of hyperthermia include high body
temperature, headache, nausea, vomiting, tiredness, dizziness, fainting, and rapid
pulse. If you begin to experience symptoms related to hyperthermia, turn off the heater
and seek medical attentions.
15. To avoid excessive room temperatures which can cause hyperthermia: DO NOT leave
product running unattended in a confined space around infants, or individuals with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
16. This appliance is for indoor use only.
17. This unit must be only connected to a 120V / 60 Hz earthed outlet.
18. Installation must be in accordance with regulations of the country where the unit is used.
19. If you are in any doubt about the suitability of your electrical supply have it checked
and, if necessary, modified by a qualified electrician.
20. Disconnect the power from the unit before dismantling, assembling or cleaning.
21. Avoid touching any moving parts within the appliance.
22. Never insert fingers, pencils or any other objects through the guard.
23. This appliance can be used by Children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by
children.
24. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the
appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal
operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate, or clean the
appliance or perform user maintenance.
25. Children under 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
26. Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular
attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
27. Do not clean the unit by spraying it or immersing it in water.
28. Never connect the unit to an electrical outlet using an extension cord. If an outlet is
not available, one should be installed by a qualified electrician.
29. Never operate this appliance if the unit, cord or plug is damaged. Ensure the power
cord is not stretched, exposed to sharp object/edges, or routed under the unit.
30. Any service other than regular cleaning should be performed by an authorised
service representative. Failure to comply could result in a voided warranty.
31. Never use the plug as a switch to start and turn off the heater. Use the provided
power button located on the control panel.
32. Do not use an external timer.
33. Do not cover the air inlet or outlet, or place items close to the unit which may restrict
airflow, as this may present a fire risk.
34. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
35. Always place the unit on a dry and stable surface. Do not move or tilt the unit.
36. Avoid keeping the unit in direct sunlight for a long period of time.
37. The heater is designed to be used at temperatures above -20°C. If it is exposed to
temperatures below this, it must be allowed to warm above this level before operation.
38. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the appliance. This unit contains no
user-serviceable parts.
39. Always unplug or disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply when not
in use, or when moving or cleaning it. Do not pull the cord to unplug the heater.
40. Keep the heater clean. Do not allow any object to enter the ventilation or exhaust
opening as this may cause electric shock, fire, or damage to the heater.
41. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use. It is designed for
domestic indoor use only.

42. There may be a trace of odour during the first few minutes of initial use, or after a
period of storage. This is normal and will quickly disappear.

CONTROL PANEL AND SETTINGS
ON/OFF BUTTON
Used to turn the bladeless heater on and off.
SWING BUTTON
Press to turn the Swing function on and off.
TIMER BUTTON
Press repeatedly to increase the running time in 1 hour intervals. The timer can be set
between 1 hour and 12 hours. The display will show the duration currently set.
MODE BUTTON
Press to cycle through the three available modes: Fan, Low Heating, and High Heating.
TEMP BUTTON
Press repeatedly to increase the desired room temperature. After pressing
the temp
button the desired temperature will flash for 3 seconds, before the unit reverts to
showing the room temperature. When the desired temperature has been reached the
unit will change into fan mode.
LIGHT BUTTON
Press to change the ambient light between Off, blue, purple, and red.

OPERATION
Your heater may be operated by using either the manual controls located on the top of
the heater, by your remote control, or by voice!
Note: 30 second countdown when turning off the heater for cooling purposes
POWER SWITCH ON THE BACK OF THE UNIT
Used to turn the heater ON and OFF. This should be used to turn off the appliance
before leaving unattended.

AIWA warrants its products for one year against defects in manufacturing under regular consumer use with
original receipt of retail purchase. We believe in our products and want to provide you with a replacement, if
needed, but we have to know about the problem while the product is still under warranty. If you discover a

products warranty the customer must provide proof of the retailers receipt.
*Any customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for shipping and
handling charges if a replacement is required that is not due to a

Cleaning and Storage
ATTENTION: Please shut off the unit and unplug from the mains before cleaning or
performing any maintenance.
Cleaning the surface
• Clean the heater with a duster or a soft wet cloth.
• Do not use chemical solvents (such as benzene, alcohol or gasoline) as they may
cause irreversible damage. Make sure no water enters the control panel or gaps in
the casing.
• Do not run the unit until completely dry.
• Place the heater in its original box or cover to protect it from dust when not in use.
• Store it in a cool dry place.

Read all instructions before using this heater.
1. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If
provided, use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as
furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 9 feet (0.3 m) from the
front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
2. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and
whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
3. Always unplug heater when not in use.
4. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions,
has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard the heater or return to authorized
service facility for examination and/or repair.

6. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor
locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.

8. To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.

10. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not
use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
11. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where
gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.
12. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
13. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension
cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
14. Hyperthermia can result in death. Symptoms of hyperthermia include high body
temperature, headache, nausea, vomiting, tiredness, dizziness, fainting, and rapid
pulse. If you begin to experience symptoms related to hyperthermia, turn off the heater
and seek medical attentions.
15. To avoid excessive room temperatures which can cause hyperthermia: DO NOT leave
product running unattended in a confined space around infants, or individuals with

17. This unit must be only connected to a 120V / 60 Hz earthed outlet.
18. Installation must be in accordance with regulations of the country where the unit is used.
