sounds. Sound Spa can also mask distractions to improve your concentration while you read,

Assembly and Instructions for Use
1. Unpack the product and check to make sure everything is included (Fig 1).
2. This unit is powered by a DC adaptor, which is included or by four “AA” batteries, which are not included.
3. Attach the DC adaptor jack to the base of the unit and insert the cord into a 120V household outlet.
4. To install batteries, remove compartment cover. Insert four “AA” batteries into the compartment on the
bottom according to the polarity direction indicated. Replace cover and snap into place.
Note: Do not mix different types of batteries together (e.g., alkaline with carbon-zinc or old batteries with
new ones).
Listening to Nature Sounds
1. Power the unit on by turning the VOLUME knob in the clockwise direction.
2. Press the button of the sound you wish to listen to (Fig 2). The green POWER LED will indicate the
unit is on (Fig 3).
3. To adjust the volume, turn the VOLUME knob (Fig 3) to your desired level.
4. When finished listening to the sounds you may turn them off by turning the VOLUME knob to the
off position (Fig 3).
Note: When the unit is turned on it will always default to the last sound used.
Using the Auto-Timer
1. When the power is on and you are listening to a nature sound you may set a timer so the unit
will automatically turn off.
2. Toggle through the TIMER button (Fig 3) until the corresponding LED illuminates next to the time of your
choice, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. The unit will automatically shut off after the selected time and the POWER
LED (Fig 3) will remain lit showing you it is still in timer mode. If you choose to listen to another timed
sound press the timer button to select a desired time. Or if you choose to listen to the sounds
continuously, turn the unit off and then back on.
Note: Do not select the TIMER button if you wish to listen to the sounds continuously.

Wipe off dust with a damp cloth. NEVER use liquids or abrasive cleaner to clean.

Características del aparato de sonido Sound Spa

Instrucciones de uso y montaje
1. Desempaque el producto y asegúrese de que todo está incluido (Fig. 1).
2. Esta unidad está alimentada por un adaptador de CC, que se incluye o por cuatro pilas “AA”, que no se
incluyen (Fig. 3).
3. Para instalar las pilas, retire la tapa del compartimiento. Inserte cuatro pilas “AA” en el compartimiento
que se encuentra en la parte inferior de la unidad, de acuerdo al diagrama. Vuelva a colocar la tapa y pre-
siónela hasta que calce en su lugar.
4. Conecte el enchufe del adaptador de CC a la base de la unidad y enchufe el cable en un tomacorriente

Escucha de sonidos naturales
1. Encienda la unidad girando la perilla de volumen (VOLUME) hacia la derecha.

que la unidad está encendida (Fig. 3).
3. Para ajustar el volumen, gire la perilla de volumen (Fig. 3) hasta el nivel que desee.
4. Cuando ya no desee escuchar los sonidos puede apagarlos girando la perilla de volumen hasta la posición
de apagado (Fig. 3).
Nota: Cuando la unidad se encienda siempre volverá a reproducir el último sonido usado.
Uso del auto-temporizador
1. Cuando la unidad está encendida y usted escucha un sonido natural puede ajustar el temporizador para
que la unidad se apague automáticamente.
2. Presione varias veces el botón temporizador (TIMER) (Fig. 3) hasta que se ilumine el LED correspondiente
en el lapso de tiempo que eligió, 15, 30 ó 60 minutos. La unidad se apagará automáticamente después de
que finalice el período de tiempo seleccionado y el LED de encendido (POWER) (Fig. 3) permanecerá ilu-
minado indicando que aún se encuentra en el modo cronometrado. Si elige escuchar otro sonido por un
lapso determinado, presione el botón temporizador para seleccionar el lapso deseado. O si elige escuchar
los sonidos en forma continua, apague la unidad y vuelva a encenderla.
Nota: Si desea escuchar los sonidos en forma continua, no presione el botón temporizador (TIMER).

Instrucciones de uso y montaje
1. Desempaque el producto y asegúrese de que todo está incluido (Fig. 1).
2. Esta unidad está alimentada por un adaptador de CC, que se incluye o por cuatro pilas “AA”, que no se
incluyen (Fig. 3).
3. Para instalar las pilas, retire la tapa del compartimiento. Inserte cuatro pilas “AA” en el compartimiento
que se encuentra en la parte inferior de la unidad, de acuerdo al diagrama. Vuelva a colocar la tapa y pre-
siónela hasta que calce en su lugar.
4. Conecte el enchufe del adaptador de CC a la base de la unidad y enchufe el cable en un tomacorriente
doméstico de 120 V. Introduzca 4 pilas “AA” de acuerdo a la dirección de la polaridad que se indica.
Vuelva a colocar la tapa.
