1. SAFETY
9 Always load evenly with the centre of gravity of the load as near the centre of the truck as possible.
9 Obtain additional support for large or wide loads to prevent tipping.
8 DO nOT overload the truck - see Specications.
8 DO nOT leave unattended, especially when loaded, unless the wheels are chocked or the truck is otherwise secured.
8 DO nOT use truck on uneven ground and do not run over curbs or steps - use a ramp.
8 DO nOT allow others to ride on the truck.
8 DO nOT use the truck if any part is signicantly damaged - pay particular attention to the wheels.
2. InTRODUCTIOn
Rigid platform trucks feature rubberised deck and bumper strip on CST991 and CST992 and heavy-duty wooden deck and tubular steel bumper
on CST993. Handles on CST991 and CST992 fold at for ease of storage. CST993 Handle detaches completely. Suitable for a variety of
warehouse, ofce and domestic applications.

numbers/letters in brackets refer to those on the relevant parts diagrams below.
4.1. CST991 & CST992
4.1.1. Remove the bolts and washers (C) from the underside corners of the deck and use them to attach the wheels (A, B).
note: Two wheels are swivel castors (B), these should be tted at the handle end of the deck.
4.1.2. To fold down the platform truck handle frame (CST 991.V3, CST 992.V3) push down the release bar (D) and fold the handle over
the base, release bar when in place.
4.2. CST993
4.2.1. Remove the bolts (C) and washers (D) from the underside corners of the deck and use them to attach the wheels (A, B).
note: Two wheels are swivel castors (B), these should be tted at the handle end of the deck.
4.2.2. Remove the two bolts (E) from the ends of the handle frame (F).
4.2.3. Locate the ends of the handle frame in the sockets in the deck frame and retain with the screws.
