1. Must be turned off when taking a cold plunge.
2. Turns off automatically after 60 mins of working. Can be turned back on manually.
3. Service life is around 20000 hours.
4. Due to the corrosiveness of ozone, please take note to replace any rubber hoses.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Filteration
Suggested to replace the filter every 3 months.
1. Use a wrench to unscrew the filter bottle and remove the old
element.
2. Unpack the new filter element and butt it with the bottom of
the bottle.

PRECAUTIONS

INSTALLATION AND USAGE PRECAUTIONS
Installation and usage precautions
1. When connecting the water pipe between the bucket body and the chiller, please ensure that the connection is secure and check
if the sealing gasket is intact (a new sealing gasket needs to be replaced after removal)
2. The elliptical model has a maximum capacity of 600L, and it is recommended to drain water to a distance of 5-10cm from the top
of the bucket. The minimum discharge amount is above the inlet and outlet pipes inside the bucket.
3. Water injection (using household water)
4. Drain water (please check if the drainage pipe is properly installed before waterproofing)
5. Storage (please clean the bucket and cover it with a protective cover when not in use for a long time)
6. The Flat noodles on the external surface of the barrel has natural color difference, so please feel free to use it without any
treatment; Wipe off surface stains with a wet towel that has been wrung dry; Do not use sharp and hard objects to
scratch the surface.
7. When touching electrical components and power plugs, be sure to wipe your hands dry first
8. The refrigerant of the chiller needs to be replenished after normal use for 1-3
years, depending on the frequency of use.
9. The compressor has the same noise output of a standard house freeze, which is a normal phenomenon
when the chiller is working.
10. The filter element of the chiller needs to be replaced regularly, and it is recommended to replace it every 3 months.

INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS
WARNING
• There is a built in non-self-priming water pump at the water inlet of the chiller. Ensure that the water level of outflow water from
the water tank is higher than the water flow into the chiller before starting each time!
Note: lt is recommended to install a leakage protector on the power supply.
Please refer to the unit for the exact position of INLET & OUTLET .
The chiller should be turned on only when there is water flowing into the inlet. If the chiller is running with no water, it will cause dry
burning of the water pump and internal frost of the chiller, serious damage to the entire refrigeration system。
• Due to transportation safety regulations, the machine you received may not contain freon. Machine needs to be filled with freon
before use. Running without freon can seriously damage the machine!
• Freon re-filling and future maintenance must be performed by professional and technical personnel who comply with local
installation and maintenance codes and rules and have rich installation and maintenance experience.
• Please refer to the machine nameplate for the amount of freon re-filling. Sharp edges and coil surfaces are harmful and should be
avoided
• If unit is not powered on for a long time, in the environment of ≤0°C, the water in the heat
exchanger and water tank may freeze which resulting in cracking. If not in use, please drain water.
• Power switch should be set in 1.4 meters or above where children can not reach.
WARNING:
• Do Not Inhale Ozone. Remove Immediately to Fresh Air if exposed. Keep Out of Reach of Children.
• Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals—Do Not Expose Children, People, Pets, Plants or Valuables to Ozone.
• Ozone Health Information-If exposed to ozone, get to fresh air immediately. Seek doctor's advice if exposed to ozone. Ozone half-life
is 30 minutes. Areas where ozone generator is installed must be well-ventilated in case of accidental leakage. This unit does not
contain ozone. This unit produces ozone while running by creating oxygen in the air or an oxvaen source to ozone. Use a deagasifier
and ozone destructor with the ozone generator.
• Short term inhalation of high concentrations of ozone and long term inhalation of low concentrations of ozone can cause serious
harmful physiological effects.
• Do not inhale ozone gas produced by this device.
• Disconnect all power to pool equipment prior to installation, maintenance, or removal of the Hydroxzone ozone Generator.
• To avoid risk of electric shock, fire, or injury, service should only be performed by a qualified pool service professional.
• Installation must be performed in accordance with the National Electric Code and any applicable local or state installation codes.
NOTE: The instructions in this document provide general installation guides. Consult your dealer for specific installation
instructions. Check system for any visible shipping damage. If damage has occurred, contact the delivery company and your
dealer immediately. Before beginning installation, please verify that all listed parts are on hand.
