InstallationSteps

1.Attachtherubberfeettothebottomoftheswitch.

2.Fastenthebrackets,ifneeded.

3.ConnectastandardnetworkcabletotheportlabeledNETontheswitch.

4.ConnecttheotherendofthecabletoanetworkoutletalternativelyviaaPCorrouter.

5.Connectanetworkcablefromthepowereddevices(networkcamera)totheswitch,

port1-4.

6.Connectthenetworkcablefromtheswitchtothepowereddevice(networkcamera).

7.Connectthepowercabletotheswitch.

8.ConnectthepowercabletoastandardACoutlet.

Useonlythesuppliedpoweradaptertopowertheswitch.

PowerNotice

Theswitchisapower-requireddevice,meaningitwillnotworkuntilitispowered.Considerusing

anUPS(UninterruptedPowerSupply)inordertoavoidnetworkdatalossornetworkdowntime.
