The hot water temperature cannot be adjusted directly. The unit heats the water to a default temperature range of approximately 190°F to 203°F. If you are experiencing issues with the hot water temperature, please ensure that the hot water switch at the back of the dispenser is turned on and that the indicator light is functioning normally.

Here are some common troubleshooting steps:
1. **Check the Cold Water Switch**: Ensure that the cold water switch at the back of the unit is turned on. If it is off, the cold water will not dispense.
2. **Observe the Indicator Light**: If the cold water light is not on, it may indicate a malfunction in the cooling function. This could be due to compressor issues or refrigerant depletion.
3. **Water Flow**: If the cold water is not flowing well, it may be due to air pressure in the system. This can sometimes resolve itself after a few days. If the issue persists, there may be a blockage in the outlet pipe.
4. **Temperature**: The cold water temperature should be between 42.8℉ to 50℉.
If it is not reaching this range, please check if the cooling process has completed and the indicator light has turned off, as the water will gradually warm up after that.

If the water doesn't come out you can remove the top cover to see if the silicone tube inside is being pressed down by the foam, and if you want to turn off the heating function, there is a red button on the back to turn it off.
