Model: LY631-2 | Color: Black
The OSTBA Bottom Loading Water Cooler Dispenser is designed for use with standard 3 or 5 gallon water bottles. It provides hot, cold, and room temperature water. The unit features a bottom-loading design to eliminate the need to lift or flip heavy bottles, a food-grade stainless steel water tank, an LED temperature display, a child safety lock, and an empty bottle indicator.
The dispenser loads from the bottom, allowing you to replace 3 or 5 gallon bottles without lifting or flipping them. This reduces the risk of back strain and spills.
The dispenser provides three water temperature options:
The front panel includes an LED display that shows real-time water temperature for both hot and cold water. This allows you to know when the water is at the desired temperature before dispensing.
The internal water tank is made from food-grade stainless steel. This helps keep water free from plastic tastes and odors, providing fresher and cleaner drinking water compared to plastic-lined coolers.
The hot water faucet is equipped with a child safety lock to prevent accidental dispensing of hot water. This feature helps protect children from burns.
An indicator light alerts you when the water bottle is empty and needs to be replaced, ensuring uninterrupted access to water.
This dispenser uses a compressor cooling system, which provides faster cooling and more stable cold water temperatures compared to thermoelectric systems.

Important: If the unit was tilted during transportation, keep it upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. This allows the compressor oil to settle and ensures proper cooling performance.
1. Place the dispenser on a level, stable surface near a power outlet.
2. Open the bottom cabinet door and insert a standard 3 or 5 gallon water bottle into the compartment. Ensure the bottle is properly seated on the probe.
3. Close the cabinet door.
4. Plug the dispenser into a grounded electrical outlet.
5. Dispense water from all three faucets (hot, cold, and room temperature) for about 1 liter to remove any air from the system. This is normal during first use or after bottle replacement.
6. Turn on the heating and cooling switches (if applicable) after the internal tanks have filled with water. Do not turn on the switches without water, as this may cause dry heating and damage the unit.
The LED display shows the real-time temperature of the hot and cold water. Wait until the display shows the desired temperature before dispensing for optimal results.
1. When the empty bottle indicator lights up, open the bottom cabinet door.
2. Remove the empty bottle.
3. Insert a new full bottle, ensuring it is properly seated.
4. Close the cabinet door.
5. Dispense about 1 liter of water from all faucets to remove air from the system.
Air may be trapped in the system. Dispense water from all three faucets for about 1 liter to remove the air. This is normal during first use or after bottle replacement.
Allow time for the dispenser to reach the set temperature. The LED display shows the current water temperature. If the unit was recently plugged in, wait for the compressor or heating element to stabilize.
Ensure the unit has been upright for at least 24 hours after transportation. The compressor cooling system requires this settling time for optimal performance.
Replace the water bottle with a new full bottle. The indicator will turn off once the new bottle is properly installed.
