To avoid pulling or hur�ng your hair, please coil your long hair up
before using this neck massager.
Instruc�ons for use
Power & Heat Bu�on
a)Long press for 2 seconds to turn on the device,
simultaneously ac�vate shiatsu kneading and hea�ng func�on;
b)Short press to turn on/off the heat.
Mode Bu�on(Intensity Bu�on）
When the massager is turned on, press to choose the shiatsu intensity at
Low or High level. The massager automa�cally switches the direc�on of
shiatsu every 30 seconds.
This device will switch off automa�cally a�er 15-minute �mer runs out.

Ba�ery Charging
1. When charging,the light will turn "White" and flash
2. When fully charged, the light will be ‘White’ and not flashing
3. Normally it takes about 2.5-3 hours to fully charge.
4. Machine will stop when charging
Connect the USB cable to any USB charger, it can be plugged in the
portable power bank, mobile phone ba�ery chargers, laptop and
any USB port.

Troubleshoo�ng
Care and Maintenance
1. Always turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch
the power plug with wet hands. Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.
2. Wipe the unit with a so�, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind
of chemical or alcohol and solvent liquids.
3. Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid or water.
If the unit is par�cularly dirty, use the following instruc�ons:
- Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%–5% mild detergent solu�on.
- Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
- Clean the cloth in water and wring it out, then wipe away any
remaining detergent off the surface of the unit.
- Wipe the areas with a so�, dry cloth to dry.
4. Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.
Maintenance
1. Please keep it into a box and keep in a safe, dry and cool place.
2. Do not keep it in any place with high temperature, near fire or
direct sunlight,or it may faded or damaged.
3. Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a
bath or sink. Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
