#1 The new unit turns off randomly. Is not on timer mode. Can't be filter. What is it's? Power button has a light that flashes.

The air purifier will automatically switch to auto mode after two hours of opening in 4th gear, with the purpose of energy-saving power consumption. If you open 3 gears, it will not switch to automatic mode.

#2 What does 0.13 mean on the screen?

It means the air quality in your home is good.

#3 Why is the green light flashing?

Flashing green light means the air purifier is working fine.

#4 Does this unit put ozone into air?

This Air Purifier does not put ozone into air.

#5 How do I get it to run continuously on high speed?turn it in high but then it automatically switches to low after a while.

You can choose to put it in third gear and it will continue to run at high speed. If you put it in fourth gear, it will drop back into low gear in 2 hours by default.

#6 How often do I change the filters?

It is recommended to replace the Filters every 3-6 months.
