#1 Why is the green light flashing? the unit is only a couple of weeks old, so it shouldn't need the filters replaced yet

Flashing green light means the air purifier is working fine.

#2 How do I get it to run continuously on high speed?turn it in high but then it automatically switches to low after a while.

You can choose to put it in third gear and it will continue to run at high speed. If you put it in fourth gear, it will drop back into low gear in 2 hours by default.

#3 What does flashing filter life mean?

When the filter needs to be replaced, the filter indicator light will flash to remind you. We recommend replacing the filter 3-6 months. After replacing the filter, you need to reset the filter information, and reset the filter operation as follows: Press and hold the filter button for 5 seconds until you hear 3 beeps to complete the reset of the filter indicator.
