Conguration–StepbyStep

BeforeyoustartusingyourAXISNetworkIORelayModule,youshouldcompletethefollowingsetupsteps:

SelectaLanguage

ThedefaultlanguageofAXISNetworkIORelayModuleisEnglish,butyoucanswitchtoanyofthelanguagesthatareincludedinthe

product’srmware.Forinformationaboutthelatestavailablermware,seewww.axis.com

Youcanswitchlanguagesinanyoftheproduct’swebpages.

Toswitchlanguages,clickthelanguagedrop-downlist

andselectalanguage.Alltheproduct’swebpagesandhelppagesare

displayedintheselectedlanguage.

•Whenyouswitchlanguages,thedateformatalsochangestoaformatcommonlyusedintheselectedlanguage.The

correctformatisdisplayedinthedataelds.

•IfyouresettheproducttofactorydefaultsettingsthelanguageswitchesbacktoEnglish.

Beforeyoucanmanagetheconnecteddevices,thehardwaremustbeconguredintheDashboardpage.

DevicescanbeconnectedtotheAxisproductbeforecompletingthehardwareconguration.However,theconnectionofdevices

willbeeasierifyoucompletethehardwarecongurationrst.Thisisbecausethehardwarepinchartwillbeavailablewhenthe

congurationiscomplete.Thehardwarepinchartisaguideonhowtowirethehardwareandcanbeusedasareferencesheet
