Use the focus rocker switch to:
• Manual focus
o push the left side of the focus rocker switch in
order to change the focus to longer distances
and/or
o push the right side of the focus rocker switch in
order to change the focus to shorter distances.
• Auto focus
o push the center function of the focus rocker
switch.
Note
The zoom setting can be used to manually focus
for measurements of small objects.
It is not necessary to change the visible light image focus.
LaserSharp
®
Auto Focus
To setup:
1. Go to Laser menu and select LaserSharp Auto
Focus.
2. Push the center function of the focus rocker switch.
Warning
To prevent eye damage and personal injury:
• Do not look into the laser. Do not point
laser directly at persons or animals or
indirectly off reflective surfaces.
• Use caution when the laser is on
continuously. Turn off the laser when it
is not in use.
Permanent LaserSharp
®
Auto Focus
Go to the Laser menu and select LaserSharp Auto
Focus.
Laser will continuously display and will automatically
focus when the distance to target changes.
EverSharp Multifocal Recording
1. Go to the “Extras submenu” in the “Settings Menu”.
2. Select “EverSharp” within this menu
Once selected, the camera takes all images in the
EverSharp mode.
Note
You can see images taken with EverSharp in
SmartView
®
software.
