Day-nightmode
IR-cutlter:
•Auto:SelecttoautomaticallyturnonandofftheIR-cutlter.Whenthecameraisindaymode,theIR-cutlter
isturnedonandblocksincominginfraredlight,andwheninnightmode,theIR-cutlteristurnedoffandthe
camera’slightsensitivityincreases.
•On:SelecttoturnontheIR-cutlter.Theimageisincolor,butwithreducedlightsensitivity.
•Off:SelecttoturnofftheIR-cutlter.Theimageisinblackandwhiteforincreasedlightsensitivity.
Threshold:Usetheslidertoadjustthelightthresholdwherethecamerachangesfromdaymodetonightmode.
•MovetheslidertowardsBrighttodecreasethethresholdfortheIR-cutlter.Thecamerachangestonightmode
earlier.
•MovetheslidertowardsDarktoincreasethethresholdfortheIR-cutlter.Thecamerachangestonightmodelater.
IRlight
Ifyourdevicedoesn’thavebuilt-inillumination,thesecontrolsareonlyavailablewhenyouhaveconnectedasupportingAxis
accessory.
Allowillumination:Turnontoletthecamerausethebuilt-inlightinnightmode.
Synchronizeillumination:Turnontoautomaticallysynchronizetheilluminationwiththesurroundinglight.Thesynchronization
betweendayandnightonlyworksiftheIR-cutlterissettoAutoorOff.
Automaticilluminationangle:Turnontousetheautomaticilluminationangle.
Illuminationangle:Usetheslidertomanuallysettheilluminationangle,forexampleiftheangleneedstobedifferentfromthe
camera’sangleofview.Ifthecamerahasawideangleofview,youcansettheilluminationangletoanarrowerangle,which
equalsagreaterteleposition.Thiswillresultindarkcornersintheimage.
IRwavelength:SelectthedesiredwavelengthfortheIRlight.
Whitelight
Allowillumination:Turnontoletthecamerausewhitelightinnightmode.
Synchronizeillumination:Turnontoautomaticallysynchronizethewhitelightwiththesurroundinglight.
Exposure
Exposuremode:Selectanexposuremodetoreducerapidlychangingirregulareffectsintheimage,forexampleickerproduced
bydifferenttypesoflightsources.Werecommendyoutousetheautomaticexposuremode,orthesamefrequencyasyour
powernetwork.
•Automatic:Thecameraadjuststheaperture,gainandshutterautomatically.
•Automaticaperture:Thecameraadjuststheapertureandgainautomatically.Theshutterisxed.
•Automaticshutter:Thecameraadjuststheshutterandgainautomatically.Theapertureisxed.
•Holdcurrent:Locksthecurrentexposuresettings.
•Flicker-free:Thecameraadjuststheapertureandgainautomatically,andusesonlythefollowingshutterspeeds:
1/50s(50Hz)and1/60s(60Hz).
•Flicker-free50Hz:Thecameraadjuststheapertureandgainautomatically,andusestheshutterspeed1/50s.
